I am a proud customer of LG products 04 months back on 02.04.2007, I had purchased one computer from M/S Ashirbad computers and services (07-08) based at Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, on which the 15” TFT was given to me with 03 years warranty on it. To my bad luck on 28.08.2007 my computer have failed to open, it did not work in fact. I have contacted the selling dealer M/s. Ashirbad Computer, they have told me to send some body for checking. Till 05.09.2007 no body turned up despite my regular follow up. On 06.09.07 somebody from Ashribad Computer come to me and checked the computer and declared TFT is faulty and to be replaced under warranty. He carried the TFT also promising to replace with in 01 day. From 06.09.2007 to till 13.09.2007, I have contacted Ashirbad Computer, the proprietor Mr. Rudra Mohapatra refused me to give on sight services. I have contacted Mr. Pratap from LG Office, Bhubaneswar, who had given me all false commitment to get back my TFT immediately. When I regularly followed up Mr. Pratap avoided my phones didn’t respond me. Now after all these harassments I feel, I have done a mistake by purchasing LG Products. On 12.09.2007, I have lodged a complain on LG Customer care. Once the dealer is refusing for on sight services, where the customers will go, when they are assured of all services during purchase. Someone suggest what to do?
