not working
my microwave has stopped working...a month ago the same thing happened few workman came to repair it it...it started working but now its again damaged...i think that those workman did not repaired properly...very bad servicing...i need immediate help...please...take care of my case

No response from company
LG worst company, i had filed complain 2weeks before but til now no one responded, if anybody is responsible in this company kindly do something for customer. i had purchased microwave in november n suffering lots of problem with microwave.

Very bad customer service

Please avoid using LG products. Very bad customer service. they takes in month to repair and promising as well.

after one month megatron not working
Subject: - Repair of microwave
Dear Sir,
With due respect I AK Singh stated that I have purchased a microwave bearing model no MG-2381LE from aaipa electronic at port Blair Andaman µbar on 01Feb 09.
After two month my microwave not working and spark coming out from cabinet and items within guarantee period and I have microwave given to LG care center port Blair. After one month repair the same and return back to me. Again two month my microwave same problem occurred and I have handed over to LG care center port Blair he repair and retune back to me after one and half months . This type problem occurred four times in a year in between my guarantee period also completed, in one year my microwave seven month with LG care center port Blair. Still my microwave in LG care center for repair last two months Since the items essential in day –to- day use.
Therefore, my request to help me out and replace my microwave priority base for I shall be highly obliged to you.

bad working
Hello,
i am really very sad to say that we brought a microwave with lot of good purpose. But its not even been a year, hardly 7 months and we are facing with a major repair issue. and also the basic function of switches are not functioning well. so it's really irritating to mention that a product comes in repair within 7 months, its merely waste of money.

Machine stalled after 2 years
I purchased LG MS2342AE Microwave 2 years back. It is now not working. I purchased it for Rs.3, 500/-. When I called their aftersales they promptly came and checked the machine and said Transformer needs replacement.
The estimate for replacement of transfermor they have sent is Rs.1, 420/- which is almost half the cost of the machine which is not given even the life of 2 years.
Personal opinion not worth buying these machines as the life span is short and very expensive to mantain.

customer service
My 6 month old LG microwave oven has been in repair shops more than it has been in my home. Best Buy (where I purchased it) claims no responsibility, LG continues to ignore the real problem by sending me to various service centers, and uses emails in an attempt to appease me.

Poor customer service!
TECHNICIAN ATTENDANCE (EXPECTED DATE): WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS MADE TO DIFFERENT: UNBELIEVABLE BRANCHES INCLUDING CUSTOMER CARE.
AS of today no technician has attended the call. False promises were made to the customer, which in turn reflects bad on the company. I sincerely hope that someone looks into this matter very seriously before it effects other customers.
