The Service Center In Egypt didn't want niether to fix the cell phone nor replace it after 2 weeks of purchase

Dear Officer

I bought a cell phone LG-KP 320 from a store called mobile shop, Radioshake Hyperone, 6th of october state, Egypt. 2weeks later the soket of the charging place was damaged. I took the cell phone to the repaire center in Egypt 98, MuhI Din Abu El-Ezz St., Mohandissen. They answered this damaged part specfically is not under the warranty, eventhough the waranty is for one year. I agreed to pay 20L.E. just to check the problem, and they will inform me how much I should pay in 4 days from then. I called after 4 days, they answered sorry it is unfixable, the charging suket is connected with the whole board of the cell phone, and the only solution for me to buy an international charger, to charge the battery of he cell phone every time I want to use it!!
Now I feel the LG company in Egypt importing a v...bad quality cell phones, selling them, making money, after all not responsible to fix any problem, please I need help, knowing I'm an American Citizen living in Egypt. My e-maile address is [email protected], my phone 02-38501317

costumer service

i bought a cellphone from Dubai k 510 7 month ago and i went to Egypt
then he sudnely stopped so i searched for lg office in Egypt to get it fix and i found office in new madii the address was 1/3 elasaliky st across flstin st in new maddi
they told me that it the main office any ways a few days later they called me and told that the found will not be fixed because it has water in it and i have to pay 500 l.e
i told them not fix it because iam sure that their no way it has water his problem was his touch screen stopped working and i never had any water nears it and i believed them then a few days later i forget where i put my reseat and i called the office to ask if i could get my cell phone with my id the said sure and you will just sign a paper i said okay and after a half hour they called me to tell that Mr. amir hafzalla was here a few days and have the phone how come they just found it i do not want to say it but they are thieves and the costumer service girl is very rude person and their anther man was really rude they even hang up the phone on me i could not believe it lg is a big company how come they have a bad costumer service like this if iwas in usa that will never happen and now they do not want give me the phone 'cause they said i took the phone how come that stupid i will never get anything lg again me or my family there no cerdibility here
