Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to inform you that the official importer of L.G products in Israel, the H.Y Group has refused to give service for LG 32" Plasama TV "because it wasnt purchased from H.Y" even though the warranty has already expired and i was ready to pay all the repair service fees H.Y refused to give service.

And now the question i am asking, how should i fix my LG Plasma TV if the main importer, the one who is responsible to give the professional service for LG products refuses to do so.

As an old and devoted customer of L.G Electronics, i will be sincerely glad to the an authoritative answer.

I was presented with a microwave oven. It looked nice but when I tried to make it work -after carefully reading the instructions- it did not worked. I assumed that it would be a minor problem and that the Customer support service will try to make it work. They did not. They did not even try, as soon as they asked the model they told me go to the service center -35 miles away- and leave it for a repair. Reposition is out of the question. When I asked why don't they pick it up, the response was both rude and clarifying: everybody takes it to the service center. Do you mean that this is normal, yes, it happens all the time. Then, why do you keep selling it? I am only the call center, call the design area.

I have booked a microwave at Kara Baazar, Motijheel, Kanpur from LG Electronics (Stall) on dt. 26/12/2010.After 3-4 days i received a phone call from Friends Radio, Birhana Road, Kanpur that the model no. 7649 lw which i booked was not available and they told us that we will receive the above product within 2-3 days.But till now i haven't receeived it.
So kindly please go through my complain and take a quick action.

I bought from the Twain center  in 2007 DVD Home Theater LG  and this device malfunction after two months sent to the maintenance department could not fix on the grounds that the device open outside the maintenance department after they offered me a value of 10000 syrian pounds and the slogan that make us feel that the customer is king logo line. Pls  help solve my problem, because you respect the company itself and the customer.          best regards

I purchased all my kitchen appliances and washer dryer from LG before a year and slowly they all started breaking down. First my microwave broke down in two months and i lodged a complaint but was not happy with the service The LG provided and then my washer broke down still the same thing. I would advise you not to buy any of the LG product ever. The worst appliances I ever had in my life. Would tell everyone not to buy anything from LG. Extremely unhappy.
