CHARGER JACK
I HAVE LG CU920 CELL PHONE ITS CHARGING JACK IS DAMAGED AND ITS TOTALLY USELESS PLEASE TELL ME IF ITS REPAIREABLE OR NOT. IF YES THEN WHERE TO FIND ITS SERVICE CENTER IN KARACHI/PAKISTAN.
OTHERWISE ILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF LG CUZ OF UNSATISFIED SERVICE.
THIS KNIND OF COMPLAIN ALSO SPOIL THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY SO YOU HAVE TO FOCUS IT SERIOUSLY.

LG LCD
I have purchased the Lg high defination lcd 32" last year fro Janta Electronics Sector-41 Chandigarh.We wanted to but sony lcd but the dealer has forced us to buy an LG product with assurance of good product and services.But there is one straitr line started reflecting on the screen of the lCD.no.of times we have contacted the Customer care the executive who visited our place said that ful pannel will be replaced.and it would cos somewhere around Rs 12000/.This is really very strange that a product which is one of the best product of lg shows that much problem and firstly we have to puchase the Lcd and bear the LCD cost and then due to the company problem we have to bear another cost.Please look into the matter urgently.It really forces us to take the help from the court.

Extended Warranty
I bought a $799.99 47" LCD LG Television back in July 2010 with a Premium Warranty at $199.99. This past weekend my screen got cracked and I called the local store where I was put on hold 3 times and during those 3 times the call hung up after a minute on hold. I purchased this warranty under the impression of a IN STORE REPLACEMENT or AT HOME REPLACEMENT no questions askedx. After being hung up on 3 times I packed the TV and drove 30 minutes to where I bought it. (Short Pump Mall, Richmond, VA.). When I entered I had to actually flag someone down and speak with them about the replacement. They took my original receipt and warranty and left to go do whatever.
While waiting around and looking at other TV's with my son I had to go back and track him down. Then was told I had to deal with a company in ATLANTA, GEORGIA! I am in Richmond, Va. I was also told that I could NOT get a replacement TV as it would VOID my current warranty and had to actually have the LCD panel replaced by a service company. What I don't understand is why sales associates tell us that we get a 100% replacement no questions asked warranty when it is a total LIE???? That's right they got the sale and commission we get the shaft DRY...
Ridiculous...I will never shop there again

inlet hose damaged
1.The water supply hose has a problem at the point it is fitted to the tap.
2. Today as the tap was turned on, there comes a fountain at the tap level, preventing inflow into the machine.
3.The machine was purchased on 18-02-2010 from QRS retail ltd, Trivandrum, Kerala, india
4.I would like to get the water hose replaced.If guarantee does not apply to this item, I can pay for it

There are some connectivity problem in my tata walky
There are some connectivity problem in my tata walky. I have visited to true value shop and met with Mr. Arun but they said that there are no any problem in your network account you should go to LG instrument service centre. But again there are no any problem in hardware. I wisited again to Mr. Arun and they said that your service will be resume in 48 hours but service is not resumed till now.

TV NOT WOKING
I have a LG LCD 32" TV, purchased one year ago now the TV automatically gets off after few minutes of working and doesn't start manually. after few hours it gets start and again off after few minutes. i call to customer care, they said company service engineer takes Rs 750/-
only to see the problem and if any part get replaced is charged over and above that cost. this is very embarrassing for me, what can i do we purchased this TV at Rs 40000/- although we have split AC of LG, Double Door Fridge of LG all these things get repaired in warranty period .
Now i make my mind not to purchased LG item in future.

Dryer Repair
We purchased a LG Tromm Dryer on 7/22/06, we purchased the four (4) year extended warranty also. On August 4, 2010 the dryer would quit tumbling. We called the number on our warranty info which was A&E Factory Service. A technician was scheduled to come out for repair on Saturday 8/7/2010 the repair tech came out and did nothing but diagnose the problem. He was not able to go to a supply company and get the motor (against policy) he would have to order the parts, it would be 1-3 business days before they would be in. I asked to have the parts shipped overnight since it was warranty, his answer was "No". I told him I would pay for difference in the shipping cost, his answer was "No", against policy. I offered to do the legg work and find the part and go get it, again, his answer was "No", against policy. I was quite unhappy. On Monday 8/9/2010 I received a call from Darius with A&E in Texas, he was calling to see how our repair service went on Saturday. I explained to him I was not happy about the parts not being shipped over night. I was told it was not policy. He checked on the parts and showed they were ordered but did not have a tracking number, he told me parts were shipping from TX and should arrive in CO tomorrow (Tuesday) and the tech was scheduled to come back and install them on Wednesday. He also told me I could call on Tuesday for a tracking number. The repair tech showed up on Wednesday during his scheduled time, without parts. He told my husband th e parts were shipped to our home, we did not have the parts. He called to check on the parts, came back in and told us the parts were our for delivery with UPS so we would have them sometime that day. He left his number and ask us to call when the parts arrived and he would come back later and install them. The parts never showed up, I called A&E Factory customer service that evening to have them track the parts. I spoke with Sylvia in TX, she informed me the parts had just been ordered that day on 8/11/2010 and would arrive in 1-3 business days, the tech was schedule to return on Monday 8/16. She would not over night the parts, against policy. She was not very helpful at all and very disconcerned about my dryer problem. I had her transfer me to her supervisor, his name was Roger, he was even less help than the other employees and he was quite rude. I called back and spoke to another CS Rep and asked to be transfered to another supervisor other than Roger. She suggested I speak to someone in the Esculating Dept. There, I spoke with Anthony who was still not helpful but quite nice and caring. I still have a dryer that is not working. My advice is do not buy an extended warranty, it is not the paper it is written on and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASSURANCE SOLUTIONS OR A&E FACTORY SERVICE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE BOTTOM LINE. NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Fault occurred due to manufacturing defect
I had purchased one LG LCD TV on 21.05.2009. With in a month of purchase it developed some fault and I logged in with LG customer care and the Service Engineer who inspected the TV told us some components have bursted and offered to service the TV.
But I did not agree for servicing. Only replacement of the TV is acceptable to me as the fault occurred due to manufacturing defect. But so far no response from LG.

Behavior of the employees were very rude
I bought this set in december last year and it is under warranty.A few days back my display suddenly stopped. when i went to the service centre at Daryaganj there employees did not entertain my complaint and asked me to pay Rs.177 for the display and talked with me rudely, though the cell phone is under warranty they did not listen.Apart from the complaint, the behavior of the employees there was so rude.
