I haven't got any response form the insurance company or from LG
I purchased a LG handet in the month of Aug 2008. I lost the same in the mnth of October 2008. The handser was covered under insurance from LG. They did not have the insurance claim form so i did not know what exactly the type of complaint needs to be filled with the police. They did arrange for the form to be sent to me & I filled the same & sent to the insurance company within time limits. I haven't got any response form the insurance company or from LG.

The service provide by the customer care of LG electronics is very bad and poor
I have been made complaint of my Color Television (21 ")for 10 days . But, it is not being attending by anybody. The service provide by the Customer care of LG Electronics is Very Bad and Poor. I have been facing the problem for the last 10 days but still it remained unattended.

My AC is sitting in my house like a show piece.
I purchased a LG air condition to beat the summer on 28th of April from VGP show room, Indiranagar, Bangalore. I was told that the LG service people will come and instal the AC very next day. On 30th i called the service center and provide the service request number VGP person provided me (43002132) and enquired why no one has come to install the AC. I was promised the next day it will be done. However no one until 2nd May. When i called the customer service person in Bangalore he once again promised someone will be come late evening or early morning next day. Today is 3rd May. I have spent 5 hours on phone calling various LG customer service numbers. I am told no one has been assigned so far. Every time i call toll free number 1800-180- 9999 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1800-180- 9999 end_of_the_skype_highlighting(i talked to JAY and others) i am told the issue will be escalated and they will call me back in 1 hour. So far no one has called me back. I wonder why was i so particular about buying LG every time i purchased a consumer durable against the vendors advise about LGs poor customer service. I think LG does not deserve this name and share in the market. My AC is sitting in my house like a show piece.

I HAVE BROUGHT A NEW LG GS290 PHONE 2 DAYS BACK AND I AM ALREADY FACING PROBLEMS IN THE FUNCTIONING, I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN MESSAGES, IMAGES, SONGS OR ANY APPLICATIONS. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY CHEATED AND MY RS 6000 HAVE GONE A WASTE.

pcp not working
Before two months my self sanjay purchased AC LG company today he is not working .I Registered a complaint No C1072608721 in consumer care .company engineer told our AC pcb is not working Properlly .Pcp is changed after 7 days .please changed our pcp immediately .that time is to enoughf .

LG has failed to maintain its quality
I have purchased LG microoven model No. ML8083MCK on 27/01/2006 at the cost of Rs.13000/- plus from M/S Alfa, Irla road, vile parle(w), Mumbai and with a great surprise, it became unserviceable only after a period of about one and half years span. It has been reported by the technician that magnetrone has gone bad and a expenditure of Rs. 1700/-(approx) has to be borne by me. it is most unfortunate and sorry to mention that such reputed company like LG has failed to maintain its quality. If this is the state then why people will prefer to go for brand name when low cost products are available in the market under non reputed brand name. so I highly condemn this situation and lodge a strong protest. I hope this matter should be taken care of very sensibly and resolve rightly in favour of the coustomer at earliest.

This refrigerator not working properly
I bought a refregrator some where around feb 2005. since from long time its not working properly. i called the customer support center, the service person came and said that there is no warrenty now, if i want i can go for one year warrenty by paying some amount. i said ok and paied the amount. and he said that the thermostat is not woking properly and it has to be changed. now its almost 10 days done, still no responce from them. when i am calling them again they are saying that they have sent the coomplaint to the service center. they have given some branch number asking me contact a lady called Pushpa. even after trying for morethan half an hour there is no one to answer the call.

I bought a Refrigerator in the month of March and within a months time it started giving problems.It started with the problem that the motor used to switch off and then the cooling became minimum and then stopped cooling at all. I lodged a complain with the Dealer but he refused to acknowledge the fact and gave me customer service Managers number. Speaking to him did help, after four days he sent some one to see what the problem was. Gentleman who had come was arrogant beyond words and he told me compressor had an issue.after three more days of long wait in the month of Apr-May without a refrigerator someone came who removed the entire compressor out and dismantled the entire fridge and left it unmanned.He came after three after many verbal communications from me with the LG manager in chennai.Compressor is replaced but i still have issues with the product.
I went through a complete ordeal for buying a fridge from LG.main reason investing in it was a prompt service but looks like it is service all the way through.
