Stay away from LG
This Bar Phone shows options like Flip Open, Power cuts while writing messages, Power Cuts any time, Alarm can not be set, Date can not be set, Battery life is 5 hours when kept idle, Hangs any time and in any operation and this all is happening even after a Software Upgradation has been done... and what not happens with this Phone...
So do you have any idea, how this issue can be solved.

LG sucks plain and simple
I had a very nice pleasant conversation (bitter conversation) with one of the warranty adviser about replacing my cell phone battery still under the one year warranty. Obviously LG warranty is to send the old battery to them and wait 15 to 20 days and stay without phone. That sucks. I told customer support that is not acceptable and I will not stay without a phone. I proposed to accommodate me. Did not want to help at all. I ask her to transfer me to the manager but she refused to do so. I am so ashamed of LG. I own 2 LG cell phones + electronics. But now I just want to get ride of them and never buy LG product.
Do they honestly think I will stay without a phone for a month waiting for a new battery…. NOT IN THIS CENTURY!. Shame on LG!. Custumer care???? WHERE??????
In the past (3 month ago) Motorola gladly sent to me a replacement battery (for my daughter cell phone) and upon receipt I sent back the old one with their pre-paid envelop. That is what I call business to accommodate client.

There is no customer service at LG
TV blew up on December 19th, 2006 under manufacturer warranty. Service center picked it up on the 20th. Parts were ordered and was informed on January 3rd, 2007 that TV could not be fixed and the RA process would start. On Jan. 9th LG told service center that parts were now available, but when they tried to order them they were not available and LG started another RA process. I called to follow up several times and finally received RA letter on January 26th, but there was no RA number on it that is required to return old tv and purchase new tv. I called LG and was told it would take 3-5 days to get number from LG corporate. I called back everyday for the next week so that I would be sure to have a new TV before Superbowl. As I expected it came down to 6-7 calls on Friday up to 5:00pm and still no RA number. There is no customer service at LG, it should just be called data entry because no one has authority to do anything to satisfy a customer. Even when finally got the RA department manager she could not get an RA number and was as inadequate as the rest of the department employees.

Is it possible to get another manual
I have mis-placed the manual for this phone and was wondering if there was any way I could get one as I am unable to do anything with it. There is nothing wrong with the phone. There is also another number below the Model number and it is 27031031925A. Thank you.

No one from LG still approached me to fix my AC
I bought an LG A.C. few months back. Due to bad quality of material used in pipes its joint got loose and cooling gas leaked. LG customer care who assure a 24 hr. service are the worst service center I have come across. Its been 4 days since I lodged a complaint and everytime I hear most lame excuses."We will do it soon, we dont have a service van". or "We are sorry, we dont have AC gas available". I am amazed that how a service oriented company can afford to turn down complaints from their customers. In delhi summer I dont have relief even after spending 24, 000/- on LG goods. Finally I paid 2000/- rs to an electrician to fix my AC. No one from LG still approached me to fix my AC!!

LG-LDA player does not play homemade DVD/CDs of any make or type. including single and DL dvds. I am sure it is the LG-LDA530 player as I have 2 other players in my house that play all the DVD/CDs in my collection. My complaints to LG have been kissed off, as too bad so sad, it was not designed to play homeburnt DVDs, which invalidates my entire collection of family videos. This is nothing short of theft, as all other players on the market seem to play all these "burnt" DVD/CDs with out a problem.

The Worst cellphone service provider in the world
I signed up 3-year contract with Bell. They didn`t do a single thing right for 6 months, I will just have to cancel it, I am so tired of their lies, they have no idea what they are doing. Never with Bell for the rest of my life, never...never. If you are thinking of getting contract with them don`t, learn from people like me and other peoples mistakes., don`t make the same mistake it is very costly.

AC not working after 2nd free service
It is really the height of carelessness from such a huge brand the the customer is forced to search on net where to lodge complaint after getting thick and tired of CALLING YOUR CUSTOMER CARE.
I think i had done a biggest blunder of my life after purchasing a AC of your company.
The thing is that I got the 2nd free servicing done from the engineers of your company and from the very 2nd day of the servicing my AC is not working.I had made uncountable calls to your customer care regarding the same but all my plea had gone in vain. The complaint no. which was provided to me was C 1062820130, C1070225703 assuring me of 24 hours troubleshoot and fixing it up but now its almost 240 hrs. Pls seriously see to it.
I had spoken to Aditya, Taran who told me that they are the floor support but the way they were talking it was clearly reflecting that rather than resolving or trying to understand my complaint they were more keen on banging the reciever down in.

Leaking washing machine
I bought an LG washer and dryer front loading washer and dryer in 2006. After about a year the washer started to sporadically leak. I have had 4 service calls to try and diagnose the problem, all to no avail. I contacted LG's customer service and it was abysmal. They were unsympathetic and unhelpful. Do not ever buy an LG product -- their customer service is pitiful!
