Bettery
Hi,

I am hemant solanki, I have bought my LG GD510 on 17/06/10. but I found after using its bettery and charger both got heated early. Its bettery is also not working well. it goes down very early after charging the phone 1 Hr. phone is fantastic but only the issue is bettery.
pls solved my problem as early as possible.

complain
we recently purchase a 1.5 T LG Ac on the April, which was installed on the April 2010. Today is 3rd June, and its harldy over a month, the AC doesnt have any chilling effect. We have raised the complaints with the service center Call centre, they have no answers except, they will send the technician home. Its been couple of days, 2 of the technicians came and did nothing, but told us, the gas is low. There's been no action taken so far and leakage of gas in a 1 month old AC, reflects so badly at the quality of the product. To top it, we dont have the service center technicians looking into it. We realise, its a mistake that we have trusted such a big brand. The investment's been a waste, plus its consuming our time and energy in following up with the technicians. Hope this comment is also seen by the LG authorities, and they realise, that individually we might not be able to do much, but together, we can prove that customers are the real king. Me as a single person, might not be an asset to the firm, but i am going to recomment to all my family and friends never to buy LG product, if this is the product quality and treatment we get. Also, i am going to post as much complaints in blogs. We should not take up poor service, when we are paying hefty prices for the product, which guarentees, 3 yrs waranty and fre service etc. Let these companies atleast not boast of false promises and assurances that they give about their products.

Immediately after warranty expired the display reported code Err IF. It has taken months to get an LG approved technical specialist to look at the fridge. Now that they have their solution is to start ordering parts and replacing until they eventually find the burned out components. Finally they call LG and determine they have to replace parts in the proper order - so we are starting again. Fridge ice machine is far too fragile. Approved technicians are not familiar with product. Definitely buy something else.

Bad customer service
I had bought the LG Vu phone in August 2009, but they refused to provide the warranty because the phone was manufactured in May 2009. LG did not have any information on the day that I purchased. They expected me to have a reciept of the phone that I bought a year ago. The customer service individual did not even care about my problem and was very adamant.

we paid up front but the item was sold to someone else
3 weeks ago went in at HH GREG bought LG kitchen appliances, we had told them we need to hold off for about 2 weeks before having the items delivered. wrote a check a full amount 4000.00.when is was time to deliver they told us the micro oven was discontinue. we wanted every thing as a set .but we had to either upgrade & pay more or change brands.at the begining we told them that if they could not deliver all the merchandice we did not want to do bussiness.they told us they will up grade it for free if there was a problem.. we have it in writing .they said they sold it to someone else.we had to change brands to Samsung . because there was not an LG upgrade available, we paid 100.00 more . we get a call from the delivery people that the dishwasher was damage .management told us that the dish washer was out of stock .and they were not sure how soon or if they could get it or when .this is after they delivered 3 of the appliances. We call corporate they told me that this is how HH greg does bussiness even when you buy an item & pay for it, if you dont have the merchandice delivered withing 7 days, they will sell it to some one else and as a consumer you run a risk of buying something that might get discontinue.but they will take your money.one of the associates was nasty arrogant .we told management about it.needles to say We wont be recomending anyone to this company .this is why they warrantee lower prices to get you in door then wont deliverd what they promise .Can any one help on this situation.I will be contacting LG & Samsung .they need to know .

Rebate on delivery charge
I purchased over $3, 000 from Sears for a Washer and Dryer. I was told that I would receive a rebate of $75 for the delivery charge. I completed the rebate request on line. The purchase was made in January and I still have not received the rebate. I sent an email to Sears customer service but have not received a response. Home Depot and Lowes have no problem in supplying a rebate and I will purchase from those stores from now on.

poor response
Hi.,

I am Athiaman, an unfortunate customer who have bought two split A/C from LG.,

I have called your support toll free no. on 16th April to request for shifting of my A/C's to another location as I m shifting my residence from Purasaiwalkam to Ashok Nagar. My ticket no. is C1041638636.,

I was told by the team that the service engineers will call me on the same day and would do the dismantling on the same day so that I could shift with my movers and Packers the next day, and they will come back to the new residence to install the same.,

there had been no calls from anyone from LG service neither any engineer visited the place...its been the 6th day today and yet i find no improvement in the situation, I need to call the toll free no., give my ticket no., explain the case, and still no response...

Just because i have chosen to buy LG A/C's I have been paying rent for last 5 days because of the fact that your guys did not turn up for what has been committed to the customer, neither had the courtesy to inform that it is not happening..all the things except A/Cs have been moved by the packers and movers...now i need to pay through my nose for your service team to shift the same..

I really wonder whether do you understand the meaning of the word customer and service or is it a joke???

Your support team thinks that they are doing a charity by answering our calls for service...Everybody thinks that the customer is a fool to choose LG products...

I have always admired LG as a company and its products...but now I think its a company filled with people who have no regards for customer service..its a shame to the company..

I dont think I would buy an LG product ever in my life time...

thanks for making the customers understand their mistakes of choosing LG products.,

DEFECTIVE AC
Serious complaint!
I purchased split AC as I have already told you from true link electronics (vasant kunj). My complain id is 2903100.Here's my problems took place-24th we booked our AC and asked for installation on the same day and they committed to do that on the same day but nothing happened as per their commitment, 25th-i called them 10 time and my father called them 5-6times but even then no installation took place, then at 8.30pm they send AC at our home but still didn’t installed, 26th finally people came to install, till that time i compromised from my side! it was tolerable, 27th -next day I got to know that which AC they have send is 2star which consumes more electricity which I was not informed by the dealer earlier, and on the same day i got to know that AC is defective, it produces lots of smoke(gas kind of)which was all over in my house, which could cause serious respiratory problems to us, on the same day I called MR MANISH and asked about this leakage and asked him for replacement(instead of 2star I was asking for 5star), he said ok to replace it at that point of time, 28th-ac used to release smoke nonstop and stopped cooling as well then I again asked MR MANISH to send some engineer to repair it but nobody came. Yesterday I called him again and again for at least 10 time but the responses were same that your work will be done within an hour but nothing happened as such, also I am very much tense because of this and tomorrow onwards my final year exams are going to start, 29th-after giving my exam I went to true link electronics and asked for replacement but they refused badly I came back and I called MR AARIF (area manager)to sought out my problem but nothing happened, then I wrote a mail to you, then 2engineers came from LG and said that there was a leakage of gas due to improper installation of AC by the local technicians send from true electronics. I am totally fed up from such responses and I again went to true electronics with my father, brother and friend to asked him for replacement and to get new AC by today itself but they refused to do so(why should i suffer in all this? why should i wait?)By the time of purchasing they talked us like a gentlemen but now they are (MR MANISH AND MR AMIT) were saying that we don’t care you go and replace your ac and we can’t do anything for you (in a very rude way), then I told them that “I will go for consumer court” then they said “yes of course you can, company will suffer, we won’t”, 30th-Today engineer came from your company and checked my ac but it still didn't replaced, engineer said it will get repaired and cant replaced. I am not convinced, very very disappointed.Wont ever go for LG and I want replacement at any cost. I will go to consumer court for sure.

So I am asking you as a customer is this the way to treat your customers?????????????????????????
The problems which I have faced during this-
1) Mental depression during my exams
2) It could caused respiratory problem because of that leakage
3) Loss of money (phone charges & petrol of my car)
4) Wastage of time during exams
5) Violation of consumer right (right to be informed)about the 2star and 5star before purchasing...
Etc etc etc...
On the above facts I can & I want to file a case against you and the dealer for depression.
Actions I want from your side-
1) Replace my ac immediately (1.5ton5star BAA ratings)
2) Take strict actions against Mr. Manish and Mr. Amit.
