I bought an LG PEP GD 510 from EZONE[@ OMR Road Chennai] on 13-06-2010.
From the day I bought the phone I suffered allot.
The list describes the problems which I got after 2 days from 13th June-2010.
1.Phone hangs by itself during working and switch off automatically, at times shows emergency only with no network.
2.At times while speaking it automatically gets switched off which is so irritating.
3.All the speakers say that my voice is too low, which is hard to hear, at times it's very tough to hear me even I shout-Which is very important for communication.
4.Purpose of buying a phone is to communicate.
That too buying a phone for 6500 Rupees and it does not help me to communicate then there is no point, absolutely not making any sense.
5.Also the battery is instable. It goes from 3 points to 2 points nad from 2 to Low battery level. It's so annoying. This makes me to worry too much.
6. I sent an email rearding the above problems to LG India customer support .
7.They asked me to take my mobile to service center.
8.Took my mobile to Genesis Communications-Authorised LG service center.
9.Reported all the problems mentioned above.
-They said it's software and Speaker problem, that's why listeners was not able to hear properly.
10.After 4 days they returned my mobile and said everything resolved.

I just got the hanging issues rectified.
2.Still I have the battery problem, no network-emergency only issue.
3.Main Issue which I cant tolerate is all users again telling me that my voice is very low and they can't hear even if I shout.
4.I spent allot of money for nothing.
5.I'm so worried.
6.Please sir give me a solution, help me.
