My LG phone has been dropping calls since September 2010. The phone has been replaced at least 2 times with NO improvement. I have spoken with not less than 4 supervisors who promise to upgrade my call to a manager and I NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Each promises THEY will be the one to help me - but NOTHING.
I was told last week that they wanted to replace my phone AGAIN - I rejected the option and demanded a manager call me to upgrade me at V's expense. A MANAGER was supposed to contact me on Monday - it is Tuesday night and NO MANAGER.
I need my phone to work - I was charged with $154 of overages that I figured had $100 of dropped calls. I was promised a $30 credit in January by a 'supervisor', but nothing! ALL I AM GETTING IS A RUN AROUND. I need my phone upgraded - I NEED V to cover the entire cost. I looked at an Octane phone that I think will work.
I have put up with DROPPED CALLS for 5 months and no one is smart enough to fix the problem - the only thing ANYONE will say is replace the phone...again.
I NEED HELP - I don't want to cancel my account that I have had for over 10 years. I hope that someone will look at my complaint and actually HELP ME!!!
