3 days after the reception, we noticed many fingers prints
inside the oven window + smudging marks .
Called the service who ordered a new door .After 5 days
the service told us they are ready to install a new window .
We argued we were promised a full new door ...after
many argumentation, the LG service rep told us it is
that or nothing !
We argumented that a new door is the minimal we ask,
we paid for a new range NOT a repaired range .
Still fighting to be served as it shoud be : we just ask for a new door to be installed ...
