We went to the LG SHOP (outlet of LG) in Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 2010 to buy Appliances.
we bought goods to the value of R20 000 and was demanded by the supplier to first pay up in full before delivery, which we did, but up to date got no goods delivered, and after much phone calls and promises from the Director of the company himself we still didnt get a refund nor the goods delivered. We (myself and my fiance) found out when we actually went to the shop that they were in liquidation.
We are lodging a complaint in hoping that LG will refund us or supply us with the appliances initially ordered as this is what we rightfully deserve.
