I bought an LG KC910 (Renoir) last April 14, 2010 at SM North Annex branch. When I went home exploring the unit I found a video recorded inside of it and on the next day I bring this back to the said branch but the guy the attend me accused me that I only put the video. But still he told me to bring the complete package the next day for them to replace the unit. I brought the package to be replace last friday (April 16, 2010) and I told me what about if there are still defects. And they said that it will be covers only with the warranty. I guess this is the strategy of the company just to sell the product.Why not make sure that the unit is working properly. We're paying the right amount but the product is not in good condition.
Now, the product is just 3 days old from the day it was replaced but the data cable is malfunctioning also the back cover of the unit is not much fitted and also the software sometime stopped in seconds.
I wanted to complain again but I know they just going to send it to the warranty service. A new unit with just 5 day old went to service repair. I don't think this is a good idea.
