Faulty product
I bought an LG split AC couple of months ago 23/5/2011 to be exact. Started using it from 16/6/2011. Within a month it started emanating bad smell ( probably the closest resemblance would be urine).

Complained twice, both the technicians couldn't find out the exact reason. During the last complaint the technician assured me that it will die down with time. Now I can't even keep the AC on for 2 hours even.

I am at a fix now. It costed me about 23000 Rs. I bought it in self finance with 0% interest from Khosla Electronics Beckbagan Kolkata. But now I don't know what to do.

COOLING
i HAVE PURCHASED THREE AC'S ONE IS 2TON SPLITAC AND TWO ARE 1 1/2 TON AC'S.THIS AC ARE NOT WORKING PROPER COOLING.PLEASE RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM ASAP.

No cooling
I own a LG Split AC model LSA3FS3VTYA1. My complaints are listed below :

1) No cooling observed on 14th May. Complaint was raised and LG's service people reported leakage of gas as refilled the machine on 15th May.

2) Again the same problem was observed on 5th June. Complaint was raised (RNA110515033988) ; LG's personnel visited on 6th June and reported problem of Gas leakage. He could not fix the problem and told that his superiors would visit my premises.Upon constant followup, the service people reported on 7th June and took the machine to their workshop.

3) On 11th June they came and installed the machine and told that the problem was fixed.

4) I regret that again on yesterday night (12th June), I observed no cooling effect of the machine. I had no alternative other than to report LG's customer care once again (RNA110612091491).

It has now become a harrasment for me and to bear the soaring heat of Kolkata and to take leave and wait for your service personnels to come. I wonder whether LG's service providers are enough competent or they are more interested in their personal calls rather than attending the complaint seriously.

Compressor of 2 Ton LG Split Ac not working
Dear concerned person,

On 3/4/2009, I bought one 2 Ton LG split room Air conditioner. My AC Compressure is not working.

I had registered a complaint against my AC Daily at customer care number-1800-180-9999 daily. First hold was put on a long hold many time then despite of many reminders (atleast 10 times and also after waiting for 5-10 minutes every time)finally they visited and conveyanced me that he will send a macanic but till today I am still waiting despite of calling them 12-15 times. They give me a complain no - RNA 110514025986 but no one came and reapired the AC. They either dont pick-up phone or say we are sending the same in next 2-3 hours. I am still waiting.

Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it repaired.

Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.

INSTALLATION
Hi,
I bought LG split AC 3KR2 on 7th April, 2011 from Electronics Paradise North Exclusive LG shop at E-57, Vikas Marg, Luxmi Nagar and the invoice number is VM/R-109.
The company sent the engineer to install, but the engineer was so arrogant. I asked to install the AC on the different wall but he fitted it on the other wall wherever he wished and he charged me Rs. 880 including the service tax Rs. 81.
When i complaint him for the same, he assured me that he can reinstall it anytime without any cost if i face any issue.
But now i am facing problem with my AC because the engineer installed the AC's wire in the way of ventilator and the rat has chewed that wire as i was afraid of and this is why i was asking him to fit the AC on the other wall so that the wire can go to other way.
When i called the LG customer service for this issue, they said that they will resolve it but did not send any engineer in the last two days.
After two days and so many phone calls, when the engineer came this evening, he said that it will cost me RS. 1000/- .
I refused him to give a single penny as it was not my fault. I was given wrong information by the engineer. I already made the complaint and the number for the same is RNA 110416041445.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

BAD SERVICE
LG SLOGAN LIFE'S GOOD, I SAY LG SERVICE IS BAD . WITHIN 1 YEAR NO SERVICE IN LG .

Very Very Poor service
Really speaking, when we Indians are feeling proud to say that most Foreign companies are earning on the talent of Indian scholars but most renowned company LG is treating their customers of no value. When The company is compaigning themselves to be as best service providers and in their name itself they say LG Care, then why to make such ugly announcments and fool the customers. For past 20days we have made 2complaints for repairing spilt AC (2 nos) for the same problem and is still lying unattended. This complaint is lodged from Mundra (Gujarat) location where the weather shoots up to 46 C and to leave in such rigorious conditions is next to impossible. More smiling is when one complaint is not attended by anyone then how can they ask to lodge another complaint for the same job. When this big brand company is not even bothered to take care of such customers then what forces them to make the people buy their product and struggle who are already in pain after working at location like Mundra. Our complaint nos. are Co9A2900860 & C09B0710701. It looks really unpleasant to lodge this complaint against Major brand of India LG. If this company is humiliating their customers then how can we expect minor brands to flourish the name of our country. Its a real shameful act.
