i gave my LG TV, at the place A-11, Lawrence rd, lahore, Pakistan, for the problem, , that the Tv went on standby, , , n it does nt get alright now.. the service cente, , took my Tv for 4 months ..n they still have it ; n they are not responding to the complaint.itz such a lousy response from LG people.
Caution for readers: i recommend, do not buy any product from LG company/ after sales service n response is pathetic.
persons involved are MR SAADI SAAB, & MR Irfan( North manager PUNJAB )
their response is so unbelieveable, , what they are saying to me, , that the parts / chips they get from Korea are faulty, , , , wow, , , unbelievable...& they are hinting me to take the Tv away, , & get it checked/repaired from local workers outside, , , ..unbelieveable, , , a response from the service centre
i would like to post my complaint to any of their international office, , , i do not know any email, , , where to do that, , , cause people here in this service centre, , LHR, PAKISTAN, , are totally unresponsive/ unmoved
PLZ do not buy any LG product, , , itz a very lousy company, , , which doesnt care about their costumers
