Screen goes white after45 minutes
screen goes white after 45 minutes then comes back on next day. Never had a tv go bad after 1 year. They say sorry out of warranty. never ever buy a LG product unless you like getting screwed!!!

on 15.11.10 i made complaint through lg dealer about my tv at chirayil agencies at kottiyam, kollam, kerala.next without any call lg technician wrote dealer my complaint ok.on 4, 11, 10 I called lg asm mr.Reji and told everything then promised me he will hi techenician next day ie.monday.but respose from stupid lg people until now.sunilghosh, kerala.

service centre
LG service centre in Lahore repotation is very bad they do not care about customer.I send my TV to fix in LG service centre A-11 Lawrance road Lahore Augst/2009, after month and half they asume they fix my Tv.I brought my TV to my home, as i switch on my Tv i feel burning .I took my Tv to service centre again and they open my Tv front of me, the part witch they changed that was melting in.So they book my Tv again, now after six month they are not fixing my Tv every time i ask them they are telling me we are waiting for parts.

sceen failure
Due to a good reputation of LG products specially TV products, i searched to buy LG TV made in Korea, so i bought LG TV from about 3 years ( in 29/12/2006) its specification as follows : 29", Flatron screen ( super flate screen ), sterio sound, model 29FB7RLE-TG, serial No 608KKFS36723, sales model 29FB7RLE . its performance was good in 3 years, but suddenly in 14/3/2010 during start turn on the TV the screen became blue color and power disconnected after few seconds, LG maintenance service check the TV and said to me that the screen defected and it must be changed by new one, and u are out of guarantee by 3 monthes so u must pay 1100 pound the cost of new screen .
How come a famous brand name mark like LG, the life time of flatron screen of TV is 3 years only .
I extensively reflect my depression and glooominess from this problem .
please, i need quick, clear and satesfaction solution for this problem to keep my respect to LG products .

ECS payment
I have purchased a colour LG TV worth Rs. 16, 000 from Bajaj Electronics, Panjagutta Hyderabad on 24 th June through Bajaj Finance interest free scheme. I submitted all the necessary documents which were required by Bajaj Finance people and I have also signed the mandate for monthly ECS for my ING Vysya Bank.
The 1st installment was supposed to be due in July but I was informed by your people that my ECS Pyment got bounced back saying "Mandate is not submitted". I tried calling finance company branch for the same but I did not get any proper response from them. August09 was the second month again I was informed that the ECS got bounced back for the same reason. I contacted my bankers that they have not received the Mandate for ECS payment. Every time I am calling the finance company some or the other person takes the call and will say we will revert back in 10 mins but they never came back. I even tried escalating this to their senior people through email but still no response and nothing is being done from their side This kind of service is not at all expected from an organization like Bajaj Finance.
I would really appreciate if you can help me in this and resolve this for me so that next month the same thing does not repeat and if i could also get a letter clearly stating the reason for ECS bounce which I can use as a proof for my future loan applications.

BAD QUALITY
I bought an LG 32 inch LCD Tv exactly 2 years ago. And yesterday i turned on the tv only to see a that the screen is not working. And this TV is only TWO YEARS OLD! And they dnt come cheap either!
So thank you LG, because Samsung now has a new customer. I will NEVER buy another LG product of any sort ever again. For a TV to last only 2 years is simply not good enough. You spend money on these things and you expect them to last you a long time. Especially if you buying (well so i thought) an LG product!

Misleading prices
Originally purchased a 47" Lg flat panel TV from HH Gregg. The model I looked at listed at 1399.99 I talked them down to 1200 dollars since I was paying cash. Got the item went home and hooked it up after reading the specs I then found out they switched the one I wanted with a cheaper version which is on sale everywhere else for under a 1000 dollars cause it is last years model. I was not able to tell this since the box did not list the model number. Went back to the store to confront them on the issue hoping to correct the issue and all I got was the run around saying that is the correct TV even though I showed them it was not. I then brought the TV back for a return and got told they do not give cash back they will mail a check from corporate. So now I sit without my TV and my money. Thanks HH Gregg for all the dishonesty I will now shop elsewhere

fraud service
This is an advisory to all LG TV users. Their service in India is
a fraud operation. They charge a large sum for first visit and then
disappear without repairing. Given reason : awaiting replacement
for faulty part.
There is not direct contact and their call centre will only give robotic
answers. This happened to me for five weeks.
Contacting LG Electronics Corporation, S. Korea was no help
either. The company redirects you to Indian subsidiary.
Finally a local repairman procured the part in two days and repaired
the TV.
