I bought my LG Washing Machine WF-S6607 washer & dryer set in May of 2008 and have taken great care of these machines. Just 8 months ago the machine was not working. I've been in contact with LG & Home Depot Complain No. 010023 where they've fixed my problem but they takeout my Machine Sensor and the connection make direct at that time.
Now on 21st of October 2009 when I Turned on my Washing Machine after 5 Second it will be stop and make alarm to come up on “Rinse MODE”. Again I complained to LG & Home Depot where they came and informed me that the Machine cussing trouble due to the Missing Sensor.
I told him, the machine has a 1 year warranty on it. Why not they install at that time when Machine was under warranty. He informs me that Sensor was not available at that time even now!!! I don't know what else to do. I've wasted so much time of course trying to do everything possible. I've reported to Manager Consumer affairs, but it failed to contact them, I don't know what else I can do! I spent so much money on this machine.
My whole family has been using this brand since ages and such customer services lapses soil the reputation of your company.
I would like end by requesting that my complain should be seriously resolved and catered to accordingly
