Re: Evaluation of the Quality of your Product & Servicing
All the household appliances which I have been using for a pretty long time are the products of LG.
But those days have gone when people could purchase any product of LG without any hesitation; now it would perhaps be better if nobody purchases any product of LG, because along with the poor servicing and selling of low quality product, the LG showroom also has started cheating the customers by way of selling the “seconds” in the name of new ones.
Your slogan of making the life good has been proved futile and speaks for your journey to miles not for our smile but for stealing money by any means.
I am now giving you a brief account of my experiences which would not only restrain me from purchasing any of the LG products in future but it would also may provoke me to describe the hazards of purchasing any product of LG to my relatives, colleagues and friends.
I got astonished first when my microwave woven had stopped working within 7(seven) months from the date of its purchasing and simultaneously when it was repaired by the LG Service Center having replaced the damaged parts by the old ones. I was asked to bear charges for getting the replacement done by the new parts. My astonishment had crossed the limit when the digital display unit got damaged just after few days of the servicing and that LG personnel had never turned up again before the expiry of warranty even after a lot of requests made to the Service Center. However I considered it as a stray incidence.

2nd Incidence
I have two LG colour Televisions. One is Joymax(21”) and another is Cineplus(15”). Suddenly the first one had stopped functioning just before the commencement of the World cup Football though it showed excellent picture quality and made a very good performance for a pretty long time.
I had to pay nearly rupees one thousand for getting the repair done by the servicing personnel of LG and then surprisingly found that the picture quality has become worst. When I had contacted that person, he told me that he would come and replace one more parts for good picture quality; but he did not turn up again so far like before.
3rd Incidence
On 4th instant, I purchased one Double Door Refrigerator from LG Shoppe, Cams Corner (P) Ltd, C-105, City Center, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700064. The order was confirmed by Mr. Nabin having Cell No.9903111319.
The Goods was supplied on the 7th of this month with its door broken inside. The same was replaced with one in very dirty condition on the very next day and that appeared to have been used for any other purpose for a long time. I had expressed my apprehension and got it endorsed by them in writing; and my apprehension had proved true when we found the Refrigerator did not have any cooling effect. The same was again replaced with another one of different model on the next day; but the body of the refrigerator is defective at different points. Besides, the apparent look of the compressor is not satisfactory and seems to have been kept open for a long time after getting it refused by some other customer. The smear of dirt inside the Refrigerator speaks for this truth.
