It took LG, s service franchisee 'WE CARE SERVICES" (IN0317360001S) 8 days for refilling of gas and delivering the unit back on 26/04/11. Within 18 days, i.e., by 14th of May, the unit developed the same problem and after our constant reminders directly to the franchisee (Supervisor- Santosh), during which he kept promising to lift the unit for repairs, we were forced to lodge our complaint formally again with the LG Care call center on 21/5/11.
