I ordered a part for my car through a Lia dealership. The part was a speed sensor that my mechanic told me was bad. I picked up what I thought was the speed sensor from Lia and took it to the mechanic for installation. He called me and told me that they had given me a clutch sensor not a speed sensor. I returned to Lia to get the correct part. Lia refused to take the part back that they erroneously gave me saying they did not accept electronic parts back. I could not believe my ears. Here they gave me the wrong part, it wasn't even opened and they would not take it back. The guy at the counter even said he was the manager and had ordered it but was still unwilling to exchange it for the correct part. This part was 240 dollars! I figured I could call the general manager of the dealership and he would right this wrong. NOT. He also refused to do the right thing. I have to now go to court about this. In talking to others I work or socialize with I have discovered how little LIA Auto Group cares about it's customers after the sale. I am very glad I did not purchase a vehicle from them and hope I can influence others to go to a reputable dealer instead of a sleazy one like LIA.
