FRAUD

I had my party on 11/11. The order was never even placed till 12/2. When I finally did get my stuff, I was sapposed to have 9 pieces and only recieved 4. I called Kay and she gave me the runaround and said it was coming and some of it was on backorder. I never recieved anything. I called Lia Sophia and they showed nothing further ordered for me except what I had already recieved. Finally after speaking with Tracy at Lia Sophia, I finally did recieve some money back for which I had paid for my stuff. My mother in law and my grandma never got thier jewlery either, and also ended up getting a refund.

Kay comes off as your friend. She acts so nice to you and makes you think that by having a party, you will get all sorts of free stuff. When the truth, she takes your money and blows it doesnt even order your stuff. Bottom line is she is a scam. Do not order from her, she will rip you off!

I hope her son enjoys the Wii she bought for him with MY MONEY!!

stuff not ordered but payment was accepted

I had a Lia Sophia show almost two months ago. (on 9/20) My show was sapposed to close on 9/22. That date came and went and not a word from my advisor. I tried almost everyday to call her. I left messages and my calls were never returned. FINALLY on 10/1 she calls and says her girls (kids) have Homecoming that weekend so she has been busy (too busy to get in touch with me apparently) and she will contact me on Monday 10/5 to close my show. That is the last I have heard from her. I have again tried to call her and she doesnt answer and does not call me back. Meanwhile, the checks she obtained from my party have been cashed. Thursday I emailed Lia Sophia. I have not heard back. Today I called her supervisor, another local advisor. She said she would call Kay and it would be taken care of. In not even 10 minutes time, Kay calls back. I let my phone's voicemail take it, because honestly right now I am so fed up with this, I am afraid I would go off on her. Her message basically says I did not earn enough from my party to get a Hostess Bonus..if I just call her and LET HER KNOW WHAT I WANT TO ORDER she will tack it on to another show she has tonight. Ummm, no. She should KNOW what I ordered, I should not have to call her and let her know what the people from my party ordered! She accepted money for jewlery from people and my stuff hasnt even been ordered! THIS IS FRAUD!

I just called the customer service number. The guy there (MIKE) informed me that since she called me today and is trying to get in touch with me to close my show there is nothing he can do, even though it has been almost 2 months since my show and my stuff still is not ordered.

I am very fed up and this point and I think I will just take my story to the BBB. Quite honestly, I think this is not only FRAUD, but I also think is bad business practice.

Thier jewlery is not that nice to begin with, and it is sure as hell not with the headache I have been dealing with. Spend your money better...go to Walmart!!
