I purchased a Logitech 88O programmable remote as a new in the box unit. It came sealed with all of the factory packaging. It looked bran new, that was until I opened the package to program it to use. One opened the unit was all scratched & nicked up, with the instruction CD riped open and the battery missing. I confronted the store but to date nothing has been done.
