$34.19 WEB DISCOUNT CLUB CHARGES
I WAS CHARGED FOR $34.19 FOR THE WEB DISCOUNT CLUB WHICH I DIDN'T APPROVED. THE ONLY INQUIRY THAT I REMEMBERED WAS THE LOAN WHICH I DIDN'T GOT OR APPROVED. HOW COME THEY WILL CHARGE ME ON THIS, IT'S BECAUSE I GAVE THEM MY ATM INFORMATION FOR APPROVAL? THIS IS SOME KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES WERE CONSUMERS ARE HELD UP.

Liberty Club withdrew49.98 from my checking acct with the intentions of a loan I never recieved the loan and i would like my withdraw of 49.98 check # 223270 returned back plus 29.00$ PENALTY Fees and other fees that might be applied to the bank of the sierra ASAP! Thank you Diane Gonzales

money fraud
they took $49.98 from my checking. they made up their own check number and i never knew they were taking it out. what a way to steel from people. they have a scam going through a internet loan application. so they won't refund my money. i live on a fixed income so i had to do without some of my medicine this month. don't ever trust these people. rightfully they should have refunded my money. i bet they are rich off of people that don't understand.

bank withdraw
I did not authorize any withdraw from my account to this company. The company withdraw electronically 49.98 from my account and also causing negative fees for other payments to exisit in my account. I am expecting a full refund of 49.98 plus the $35 negative fee that was charged due to your action. The cancellation number is 5882642. The withdraw took place on 11/29/10 from the Bank of America; check number 11795 account number DDA-2287.

requested cancellation on 11/04/10 of $49.98 which was withdrawn on 11/02/10. " confirmation # 5818812."
called on 12/01/10 to find out why we have not received our refund, woman said that they had not received the cancellation notice.
how could they not have received the notice if they gave me a confirmation # ???????
this was an unauthorized withdrawal, my husband is a vulnerable adult and does not have the legal right to enter into any type of contract without speaking with his guardian/conservator or his wife.
