IF I AM NOT REFUNDED, THE BANK WILL BE FILING CHARGES AGAINST YOU. ALL MONEY IS TO BE REFUNDED FROM WHEN YOU STARTED TAKING THE MONEY OUT. THE BANK IS GOING TO GIVE ME A TOTAL. I HOPE YOU WILL CONTACT ME ASAP. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE REFUNDED. DON'T TELL ME 4-6 WEEKS. IT TOOK YOU 1 DAY TO TO TAKE IT OUT. I canceled my order on march 24, 2010 and my account was charge 34.19 on march 29, 2010, I would like a refund because I did not use the service and canceled the account right away. my cancelation #4849716

I looked at my checking account yesterday and realized there was a charge for $34.19 with a check #3621. I dont even write checks or have checks.

I then called my bank and they told me it was a charge from a company named liberty club and I was charged for a membership. I never signed up for any membership.

So I called the number my bank told me to contact this company and inform them of the unapproved charge which I did. The sad thing is now they give me this website with a cancellation number and I have to wait 72 hrs to see if they credited my account for this. Are they going to credit the NSF charge also?

Its really sad that there are companies like this out there taking people's money with out their authority and some dont even know it right away.

I want the $34.19 put back in my account that was taken out without my permission. If it is not put back into my account in 48-72 hours i will be looking into legal action. The check number used is not legimate and i my money back in my account immediately!!!

Liberty club went into my account without my knowledge they said they would refund my money back
and cancel the discounts. i see where other's have had the same complaints this is not right to just go into
somebody's account and take their money without their knowledge.
