did not get my refund
i am very upset with this company i have put in 2 times for a refund and have not got it back nor have a received any notice that they recieved my info for a refund this company sucks and is wrong for what they are doing to people this should not be able to happen especially in this time of millions of people in dispair with lack of funds there should be something that people like us can do to stop this sort of thing from happening not only did they take money from me they had no rights to they also overdrafted my account and i am out that money

took money out of my account
Liberty Club took money out of my account on 03/19/10 for no reason and did not have premission. i want the money placed back into my account ASAP. I've notified my bank and my lawyer. Thank you for your cooperation. The cancellation code is :4820449.

unauthorize charge
On 03-17-2010, our joint bank account showed a charge for $34.19 (Check #3320). Ref#8097184 thru Online Discount Membership with Liberty Club. I called the 800# (1-866-268-2973) to cancel and was told I needed to go online to www.libertyclubrefunding.com. to receive credit. We did not authorize this and would like to receive a credit to our account. Please respond back, to let me know this was done and when we can expect credit back in our checking account. Drew Money from Bank without authorization
In no way have I ordered one thing from these people and they just withdrew $29.91 from my bank with no authorization!!! My husband has cancer and so many medical bills and now someone is trying to make it even harder on us by taking badly needed money from our bank. This is an outrage!!! This has to be stopped and I sure hope I get my money back. I'm calling the bank about this matter. I may even go further with this if I am forced. Why do people do such things??? This is just fraud and should be stopped immediately!!! Lawana Wright

i did not authorize charge
i did not authorize the charge for this. i found out about this charge when i called my bank and got thier phone # from them. till i called them i did't even know who they were.
