withdraw from account without my consent
there was withdraw from my account on 3/10/2010 without my approval was and am not interested in there products and told them so electronically and verbally when contacted they got a hold to my information and charge my account anyway that's faud by all standards i would like my refund of 49.99 please i don't won't to take legal actions but i will if need be it may not be a whole lot of money but it's the one thing we fight so hard for our rights and thieft from our life.

Have Not Returned Money To My Account Yet
This is such a SCAM. This company NEVER was allowed access to my bank account but yet somehow they charged my account $29.95 and said I joined their club. I've been trying to get my money returned for two weeks now and all they do is give me the run around. I'm calling my attorney.

They deducted money from my bank account without my permission then they gave me a web site that does not exist to get a refund.<br />

Took money out of the account with out permission. On 2/17/2010 in the amount of 29.91.
I have a comformation number of the cancallation, 4758430. They said I need to feel this out to get it back.

un authorized charge to my bank account
I did not autorize a charge of $29.91 to my bank account. I called your office and they said I should contact you on the Web; as I am doing, and the company would forward me a form for the reversal of fee charged.
They said that form would be e-mailed to me.

Money Taken From My Account without my approval
On Friday, February 19, 2010, Liberty Club removed $30 from my account for a subscription to something I had NO approved.
I called Liberty Bank and was told I would receive an email notifying me that the money would be returned. I JUST WANT MY MONEY ASAP, I have no received an email and now my Bank Account is overdrawn and I am responsible for double that amount in bounced check fees and I have NEVER bounced a check.
I am livid...please help me recover my money

they took $29.91 out of our account
These people took $29.91 out of our bank account without our permission and cause us to have to pay overdraft fees. We want all our money back in our account asap.And these people should be in jail for doing this to people.

Money charge to my account
I Marta Oliveira spoke with a lady from your office she cancelled my memership the number is 7977656 she told me they would refund my money back into my account within 72 hours they took 29.91 out of my account 1 time and my bank is aware of these trans acctions. I want this transaction to be back in my checking account immediately and if i get any bank fee it will be your responsibility. My cancellation no. is 4748372.
