Unauthorized withdrawal
This company PREYS on people looking for short-term high-interest loans.
You apply for a loan online, all your banking data is then submitted to this firm (which has no physical address) who then charge your account without authorization. In my case, it caised an overdraft.
When you call them they tell you that you signed up for it however, I received NO EMAIL, no notice of action NOTHING.
It is fraud, pure and simple, preying on the poor.

Scamed out of 34.19!! Caused my account to go into the negative. I AM PISSED!! HOW IS THIS LEGAL!!!

i want to cancel any membership you went into my checking account you took money that i did not athur0ize form my account the sum of $99.99 i would like to have my money put back into my checking account asap

Withdrawal from bank account without permission
Liberty Club took money out of my bank account without my consent sending my account into overdraft. I applied for a payday loan and this is what happen not only by the Liberty Club but by another agency also. All this caused me more money than I was seeking to help out with a financial crisis than the crisis itself. Now I have to pay my bank all these overdraft charges. Liberty Club and organizations that link up with payday loan requests are running a horrible scam on people in some of thier worst finanical times.

unauthorized application
liberty club had used a unauthorized application and had withdrew money out of my account without my knowledge and is refusing to reimburse me. and due to this it has caused a negative in my account.

Taking money out of account that was not authorized
They took 34..19 out of my sons account and was not authorized and i would like money put back in his account, cause I am on account too and he is in military, I have contacted fraud unit at back and they are looking into it, so someone needs to contact me.I want to know is that why you do not have number to contact this company, so you want have to talk to people, but yet take there money

taking money out of my account without permission then saying they will refund it and then denying the refund
They have now taken money out of my account twice without permission. I have cancelled this service that I never signed up for and went through the refund service and they are claming they can not and will not refund my money. I am on social security and have a small child to take care of and I want my money back. If anyone can help with this please do its unfair and should be agianst the law.

34.19 was taken out of my account which over drew my account so iwas charged an extra 27.50 which was a total of 59.69

unauthorized money taken from acct
I am complaining because i checked my checking acct and there was a charge of $39.14 to my acct that putme in the negative balance that i didn't authorize and i want my money back in my account .
