unauthorized bank withdrawal
A few weeks ago I was surfing the web when I got a pop-up telling me about ATM cards and I opened the silly thing. I browsed the site after I created a personal sign up page BUT I NEVER authorized any payments for any services offered, Now 3 weeks late I get my bank statement and I find that $39.94 has been deducted from my banking acct. I immediately called the company listed on the bank, Liberty Club and was told to visit this site for an immediate refund. But now I am here and there is no refund form and I called again to tell the people I had tried to get my refund. This time I asked how they had gotten my checking information and was told it was taken from an online order from Macy's. So that tells me that online sales are forever stopped in this household as the company's often sell bank or credit card info.
I still havent gotten my refund.

unauthoirized withdraws
i also have been a victim of this liberty club. they had taken 35.00 out of my bank account without my consent.contacted the company and they advised that it was where i had signed up for a payday loan on line.i advised this company that i did not authorize these charges and want my money put back in my account.they advised that i would need to go to www.libertyclubrefund.com and fill out a refund form.i have yet to find a web site with a refund form from this company. companies like these should be illegal and prosecuted to the final extent of law. i work very hard for my money and can not afford for companies like this to be able to just draw money from my bank account without my consent or knowledge. can someone help me and tell me aht needs to be done to get my money put back in my account.

I did not join this so called club of yours and i did not authorize any monthly fee for membership. I demand for a full refund in the amount $34.19

Not authorized
When I was online with this company On line Discount Membership, I logged out of the site BEFORE joining. This company seems to be running some kind of bat and switch. I have contacted BBB, my bank for reversal, Federal Trade Commision and Sate Attorney of Florida. I have been through this with another company.

unauthorized money taken from account
You people took money from my account that I never authorized which incurred an $35 overdraft fee as well as a $35 returned check fee. I want my money back & I want the fees paid. my refund number is 4859276

Money withdrawn my bank accout without me athorizing it
this online loan application took 34.19 dollars out of my account without getting my approval . i never approved this company to take this money from my account and am very unhappy that my account has been taken from without being approved by me they now say they will refund the money with authrization code 4903859 but this has been a very bad experience of fraud

Went on line applied for a payday loan.
Decided not to except the loan, never completed or sign for the loan.
Never agreed too except anything. Liberty Club later debit my account using the information
The payday loan requested assuring that this information was only for the payday loan.
This is theft.

unapproved withdrawl
someone withdrew $34.19 from my checking with check #10611 illegally. this was not an approved transaction. i don't even know who you people are. per your customer service dept. my cancellation number 4831231 please refund this amount back into my account asap.
