liberty discount club with drew 34.14 out of my account without arthorization. i was applying for payday loan, not discounts. i never saw the discounts come up. they sit back while you are on line and get your information. i went on line to check my account thats when i saw liberty discount club had taken34.14 out of my account which made it over drawed. why would i be shopping for discounts when i'm trying to get a loan to put into my account.thecancelatoin number is 5169760. my bank is doing an investigation into this because this is the second time they have done this and we had changed my account number and atm number because of them and frauduly people like them. i just want my money put back. iam also going to alert the BBB, because this is not right. they told me i would have my money in my account within 72 hours its already been 5 days. where is my money and who arthurzied liberty discount club to with draw from my account.

they took 34.00 dollars from my account

I did not approve Liberty Discount Club to take $34.19 from my checking account.Now my account is over drawn. I now 0we my bank $69.04. I do not have the money to make the payment and my account will go up $35.00 every seven day's that it is not paid. Please correct this problem and get back to me ASAP.

My complaint is the same as all the rest I've read about Liberty. They charged me $34.19 and I did not authorize it. I am the only authorized name on this account! They used the information someone put in applying for an online loan and turned the $34.19 into a check #9513. Had I known about it in time, my bank could have stopped payment or returned it unpaid, but of course, I did not know about it. This put me in an overdraft situation. Once I talked to my bank and found out the company name and phone number, I called them and demanded a refund. I was given a cancellation number and was told to go to a website--www.libertyclubrefund.com and fill out the information. This was what I did. I received a message that my data had been received and I would hear from them within 72 hours, which of course, I never did. Nor did I get a refund. So, today, I called again and was told by Mehl (she) that I needed to go to www.libertyclubdispute.com, which I cannot get to for love nor money! Mehl says they sent me a messagve requesting more information. She said she resent the message today, so I'm going to chek my email and see what is there. Probably NOTHING as this is one heck of a scam. I think some should turn them in to le't say the Better Bussines Bureau to start and see where else to go. That is what I inted to do. One morning I noticed a strange charge of 34.19 on my bank account. Upon investigation, I discovered it was from a "company" called Liberty Discount Club. I found out they had somehow made a fake check and submitted it to my bank and withdrew the money. Upon calling the number listed on the FAKE check, I told the operator about the fradulent charges to which she immediately replied, "your account has been closed now." I thought this was odd and asked about a refund. She in turn tells me to visit ANOTHER website (libertyclubrefund.com I believe) where they asked for more personal banking information. Upon calling the company back I was told I had to put the information in for a refund. I
might add, the website I was orinally given was fake. When I requested a supervisor be put on the line they refused. One guy even hung up on me. This obvouosly made me call back only to be denied a supervisor again. Once I finally put my information in for a refund I wad told it would be 7-10 days before they would get back to me. I was then told to go to ANOTHER website (libertyclubrefundstatus.com) only to find my refun was denied citing 1.) I'm the only one with access to my email address and 2.) My bank account information was the same information that they had on file. This proves nothing except they somehow got my bank account information and withdrew money fradulently. I never signed up for this service, and definitely never authorized money to be withdrawn. Beware of this so-called company!!! They're nothing but liars and crooks.
