I did not authorized Liberty to the best of my knowledge to take 32.00 out of my account. When I checked my account and realized an unauthorized charge was made. I immediately called customer service. Liberty customer service is terrible. They give you the run around every time you call plus the representative do not speak fluent English. I cancelled the fake subscription within 3 business days of the initial order and I still did not receive my money back. Liberty is a SCAM. BE WARE

I woke up this morning and found a $34.00 overdraft fee from check number 2585 drawn on my bank account. This check was in the amount of $34.19. The problem with this is that I do not have nor do i use checks on my bank account.

After contacting my bank, I was give the name of the company that created this false check and guess who? yep, Liberty Discount Club. Apparently, I applied for a payday loan like everyone else and these guys are partners with payday loan companies. When I contaced them regarding this unauthorized transaction, they did cancel the account that I did not personally set up for myself but would not provide me the name or names of the payday loan companies they are affiliated with.

The worse news is that my bank will not refund the $34.00 NSF fee because they are saying that I authorized this by signing up for a payday loan. The good news is that the bank put a freeze on my account so that this can not happen again. Now all I have to do is pay off my bank and open another account. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU!!!

While searching for a payday loan apparently this site came up when I thought I was completing the pay day loan I was actually completing this sites application. When I called and stated that this was done in error, I was told that I should be more careful and read what I am applying for. This site is afflicted with payday loans. It appears that this is a scam. $34.19 was deducted from my account for a membership to a company that I have no clue to who they are. They asked me to fill out a cancelation form and I did. My request was denied to receive my money back. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told sorry there is no one available. Please help . I would like to get my money back.
