taking $34.19 from my checking and having checking account to go over thin the bank charging me $28.00
this company by doing this has my bank charge me $28.00 over drift fee. I think this Company should repay me the $34.19 plus the overdrift fee of $28.00

Internet thiefs
Liberty discount are some internet thiefs. They went into my account without my permission and took out 34.19. I think they scan certain sites for people personal information. Because when you call them about the money that took out of your account their response is you must of overlooked our ad while you were applying for a payday loan or something.
They are a full of crap and they need to be prosecuted just like anyone ele that steals people personal information. The people that run that company need to be arrested for I.D. theft.And I am going to be the first to see what I can do because I will no longer be a victim.

internet scam
I had a $34.19 withdraw from my bank account from this company.. I called them and everything was going to be refunded But I would have to wait 72 hours... Now the time has past and they now tell me the refund was denied... I did not ask for this service... but I do need my money back!!. I talked to at least 4 different people and each said I had not sent in all the information needed but the web page listed in the email stated all information needed was sent already..
It just another internet scam ...I did file a complaint with the BBB in Arizona ...have to see if anything comes from it

UNAUTH WITHDRAWAL OVERDRAFT FEES
I RECEIVED EMAIL THAT I WASGOING TO HAVE $34.19 DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.ON APR.29, 2010 I CONTACTED LIBERTY DISCOUNT CLUB VIA EMAIL AND INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS AN ERROR AND I WAS NOT A MEMBER OF THIS CLUB AND TO NOT DEBIT ANYTHING FROM MY ACCOUNT.OM MAY05, 2010 THE COMPANY ATTEMPTED TO DEDUCT THE MONEY ANYWAY AND CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE CHARGED$33.00 FOR OVERDRAFT FEES. I BELIEVE APRIL 29 WAS ENOUGH TIME FOR ANY CORRECTIONS TO BE MADE AND MY ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BILLED AND CAUSED MY BANK TO CHARGE ME A FEE OF $33.00. I WAS INFORMED TO FILL OUT THE FORM WHICH I DID TWICE, WAS INFORMED THAT A REFUND FORM WAS ON FILE ALREADY. I SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE TWICE ANDINFORMED THEM OF SAME AND WAS DIRECTED BACK TO THIS FORM.I ATTEMPTED TO CHAT SEVERAL TIMES AND TOLD SITE WAS DOWN.ALL I WANT IS THE $33.00 REIMBURSED TO MY ACCOUNT.MY CANCELLATION NUMBER#4997137 MEMBER#14294412

their thieves
they are legaly stealling from people they need to be stoped and they should be forced to return all moneys to the consumer . my problem is that i never fully submited my app. and they took my money from my account. i called to let them know that i stoped the prosess and they didnt care i told them i was not satisfied and that i wanted my money back, ! they are just fishing to steal from their next victim'.

unauthorized withdrawal of funds from checking causing a negative to my account for $ 25.00+
on My 5th, 2010. i was checking my bank account as usual and found that Liberty Discount Club submitted one of their own checks to my account and cashed for $34.19. This caused a bad negative to my account in which was taken from my paycheck. Including overdraft fees. i want my money back. i contactd my bank and they are sending me a copy of this check they used. i will also be filing an affidavit against them.

Check fraud
I went online to my Chartway account this morning to find out that a check was created for $34.19 from this company. I never heard of this company and would never sign up with them. They took money out of my account without my authorization. That is stealing and I will be reporting it.

Refund
I, in error, applied to Liberty Discount Club. When I asked for my money to be refunded ($39.14), because, like I said, I was completely unaware I had done so, they refused to grant the refund. They state since the application was not fraudulent then I was denied. On their web page, they state refunds will be given under three circumstances, one being, applied unknowingly, which is exactly what happened. I feel Liberty Discount Club has taken my money without good cause. I will never get a refund. I just hope this does not happen to others.

Unathorized Withdraw from account
This "business" withdrew $34.19 from my checking account without my permission/knowledge.
When I called the number I talked with someone who was very obtuse about what they provided. She told me she had canceled the "membership" and gave me this website to get a refund.
I not only want the $34.19 returned to my account, but, also the $34.00 overdraft fee my bank charged me.
