Unauthorized Deduciton of money
Upon calling the company, they were able to pull up confindential information. Makes you feel really good... I called my bank and you can fill out an affadavit saying that this company is not authorized to deduct money from your account. What scum these people are.

Liberty Discount Club Internet Theives in my opinion
In my opinion Liberty Discount Club are thieves.I did not subscribe for their services, I did not approve for them to take money from my bank account. Thanks to this complaint site, I'm hoping that I've made the stop payment on time. Yesterday I got an email from Liberty Discount Club saying that I had subscribed to their services and they would be taking money from my account. When I went to box saying cancel subscription it asked for my bank acct. number. I went to their live chat and they said my subscription had been canceled and gave me a cancelation #, I had to ask 3 or 4 time before they would tell me there were pending charges to my bank account. This morning when I called my bank they said that I needed an exact amount, again I went to live chat to ask how much was pending, they just kept giving my a cancellation number, but after asking outright many times, she finally told me that I do have an amount pending of $34.19. My bank says it takes 3 days to stop payment, so if the amount goes through before then, I will have overdraft fees. This "club" should be put out of business. This is very wrong. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Arizona where this company claims to be located. I urge everyone that has problems with Liberty Discount Club to do the same. As of this morning they have 38 complaints with a business rating of F. The worst thing about Liberty is that you don't have any idea of how you supposedly signed up for their services.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
These people submitted a bogus check to my bank and got $34.19 out of my account. I have had to close my account and open a new one. They told me to fill out a refund request and I would have the money back in 3 days...NOT! It has been a week and I am no further along than I was the first day I found out about this transaction!

Unauthorized Check
Well, at least I'm not alone. I was checking my online banking today and saw that my account was overdrawn about $45. I knew something was wrong and noticed a check was posted for $34.19 made out to Liberty Discount Club. I never authorized this- I still don't even know what Liberty Discount Club is. The unauthorized $34.19 sent my account into overdraft & the bank charged me a $35 overdraft fee. Liberty Discount club had their # written on the check so I called them & same story- cancellation #, refund website, blah, blah...They said it will take up to 72 hours for my money to be refunded. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! They stole from me- they should refund my $34.19 + the $35 overdraft fee from my bank IMMEDIATELY! This can't possibly be legal!

Unauthorized withdrawel from checking account
I filled out a payday loan application and checked NO THANKS to sending my info for promotions on March 30Th on April 06, 2010, I was checking my checking account and there was a check number send to my bank in the amount of $34.19 from Liberty Discount, telephone number 1877369-8524. I called and was advised I had to Cancel a service I didn't sign up for in the first place. I filled out their so called refund form and was asked for additional info they had already gotten from the payday loan form They refuse to refund my account but gladly cancelled a service I didn't sign up for in the first place. By the way I was also charged $34.00 for insuff funds. I'm going to fill out an affidavit with my bank and go from there. Something has to be done to stop this.

Unathorize withdrawal from my checking account
I went on line to apply for a loan, and never gave Liberty Discount Club authorization to take any monies from my checking account.
The took $34.19 out of my checking account on 04/09/2010.
I contacted them at 1-866-268-2973 and they gave me a cancellation number and told me to go to this website and request a refund.

So far I have not received a confirmation from them as they stated that I would.
Please warn every one about this organization's unethical practices.

they took money out of my account without my permission now ny account is overdrawn dont even know what it is this comany got a comformation number 4874303 cant get on their web site just want my money back allof it $70.55
