I was searching the internet for personal loans and the next day I checked my bank account and a check for 34.19 was withdrawn from my account. I can not believe what I was seeing. There is no such thing as safety when you are on the web. Trust is gone. When I called this company 877-369-8524 they gave me a cancelation #4899831 and told me to go to their web site to request a refund. Hello where is the authorities and aren't they trying to shut people like this down before they become millionairs with other peoples money. Please refund my money. I am filing a complaint with my bank.

Hello, would like to know why $34.19 was removed from my Credit Union account? I this is about diabetic supplys, the order form showed I owed nothing $0.00. And if that is what I have been charged for they should have requested the money from BCBS who says diabetic supplys are charged for, including no co-pay. I don't know what is going on, but I hope that you can find out real quick, because if I get any bounced checks because of this unauthorzied removal of funds from my account then you will be paying for the $29.00 fee for each of the bounced checks. If this is not because of the diabetic supplys, I don't what the charges are for. Please contact me ASAP (as soon as possible) so I can get my account back in order. I had made a withdrawl at my bank's ATM and when I got the receipt I was overdrawn. I knew that I should not be. I checked my account when I got home and I had an unauthorized charge of $34.41 from Liberty Discount Club. I went to their website, after coming here and seeing how many complaints there are. I went on chat and asked what company this was and that I had charges I had no idea what they were or had not authorized. I was told that I had applied for a payday loan and had been enrolled in their club. When I asked which payday loan I was told that they partner with many. I told the person on chat I did not authorize. I was given a confirmation # and the Liberty Club refund site and filled out the form. I even mentioned on the reason for the refund that I had not seen any mention of enrolling in any club. Not even in the fine print. I never once mentioned suing them or telling my bank. I wanted to be as polite as possible, but I'm also not going to wait around for them to fix the problem either. I have also sent notices to my bank about this company and asked if and if so when I can get a Fraudulant Activity form to get my money back.

I had a $34.19 charge taken out of my account that was not approved by me, which cause my bank to charge me $35.00 for an insuffient check charge, which also cause another check to bounce. I spoke to Amy this morning at your 866 number, who advised me to go to this webite, and my refund would be processed within 72 hrs.

I am a single mom of 3 children, and live paycheck to paycheck, and therefore need this money placed back in my account immediately. My confirmation # is: 4858057. I would appreciate the amount of $69.19 placed back in my account immediately...
