Unauthorized funds taken from my account
I had been surfing the web for loans so that I could buy me a stove and maybe pay a couple of bills and I never received a loan, but somehow funds were unauthorized to come out of my account. I am disabled and would never had agreed to this because after paying my bills, my extra money is only 15 or 20 dollars. I can't afford this and did not authorize it.

unotherized withdrawl
i also had a problem with this company and when given the information for a refund i could not get to the site so i called them back and then they informed me that you have to acess the site through google hope this helps others
go to google.com and search libertyclubrefund.com and it will get you to the site to ask for a refund

took money out of my account without my knowledge.
I was viewing sites for short term payday loans on 3/15/10. at one of the sites a popup ad appeared and I checked it out until I read it was a discount club. I did not submit the application and did not okay a $29.99 purchase to be collected from my checking account. The account did not have funds available so I was charged a $37.50 fee. I called the company when I discovery the error. they refused to reverse charges until I placed a fraud complaint with you. I bank at US Bank in Madras, OR 97741. I never okayed this charge and I sure wouldn't have over drawn my account for it. If some one can call and talk with me I would be overjoyed.

Used my checking account for a unarthorize withdraw
I applied on line for a quick 250.00 dollar loan never recieved the loan and now this is the second company the withdrew monies for my account. First withdrawal was for 19.96 and a 5.00 dollar view check few because i did not know who it was from. The second was for 34.19 and a 5.00 dollar view the check few because i did not know who they were. These withdrawal was not approved by me on top of this I did not get the loan.

Fraudulent charges
I just got off the phone with bank of america and they are going to refund me the 29.91 that Liberty Discount club FRAUDULENTLY took out of my account! Luckily i caught this early enough that bank of america can refund me easily. this happened last night and i caught it this morning. the rep at bank of america told me that it's because i caught it so early that it won't be a problem to refund me. so people, check your account daily and make sure you report it to your bank IMMEDIATELY if this happens to you. the bank rep has placed a hold on my account so no funds can be taken out until i can make it to the bank branch today and close out this account and open a new one so this "discount club" can't take anymore money out of my account. i suggest everybody close their account and open a new one, because they will continue to take this money out from your account. check your account daily. thank goodness this didn't turn into a nightmare for me as i'm sure it has for some of you. please check accounts daily and as soon as you can, close your account and open a new one.

unauthorized withdrawal
Like all the others here, I also discovered a withdrawal from my bank account, to Liberty Discount Club, in the amount of $29.91. Needless to say I was a little incensed by this, being that less than a week ago I had some other online company do the same thing, for even more money, and after having a rude customer service person hang up on me after tell me that the money was non-refundable and having to threaten her supervisor with lawyers and lawsuits before getting my money back. So when I went online to Liberty Discount's customer service page and found that their live chat assistance is bullshit and the phone numbers they give are nothing but message drops that will probably never even be heard, much less addressed, I decided I've had enough and filed complaints against Liberty Discount and USA Benefits with the Federal Trade Commission for their illegal and unethical practices. I've come to the conclusion that, like some others believe also, that these internet scammers are going to continue to do what they do as long as they can get away with it, expecting us to just chalk it up as a loss and forget it. the only way that we're really going to get our money back, hopefully, is in court through a class action lawsuit against the companies, persons in the companies, who are stealing our money.

Took Money From My Account
This company took money from my account, $29.91. They did this without permission. I had never ordered anything from nor had I ever even heard of them. If you come across them know that they are some kind of scam and report them.

They attached a 29.91 charge to my account without me not having any knowledge of ordering their services. And when I called them get a refund and cancel services they refused to give refund.
