wrongfull from my accounts
On 2-08-10 the liberty discount club took $29.91 from my savings account and cause the account to overdrawn and the also charge my
account $86.00 dollars in fees. now i want the amount of $29.91 to
be put back in to my account plus the over driff fees in the amount of
$ 86.00 dollars, making the amount of $115.91 put back to my account
sap. I will give you the 72 hours for answer, and i expect an answer
within this time.

Unauthorized fee withdrawal
I share the same complaint with everyone else on here in that $29.91 was deducted from my checking account without my authorization. The customer service rep said that my information was taken from a payday advance website, but I have never even visited one of those! When you type www.libertyclubrefund.com into your browser, the page will not display. However, if you google www.libertyclubrefund.com, you will get search results and you should click on the top link. This will take you to a page for an automated refund. I just filled in the information today, so I don't know if I'll ever receive my money back but at least I was able to get to the refund page. I hope this helps anyone out there trying to get money back from this disgusting company!!

Took money from account without authorization
This company accessed my account attempting to make an unauthorized withdrawal causing an overdraft. I never signed up for their services or authorized any payment or withdrawal. Contacted their customer service department which basicly told me that I was automatically signed up for their service when I attempted to get an online loan and that I would not get my money back. I was told the company is located in Scottsdale, Arizona and the owner was J. Thomas.

$29.91 being charged to my checking account
I looked at the website for a cash advance, decided I did not want a cash advance so closed the website. I then receive an e-mail from
Liberty Discount Club stating that I requested during the process of
looking at this website to be a member of the Club??
They had already charged my checking account with a fee of
$29.91.
I called their phone # listed and told them I wanted no part of this
and was told that the dollar amount shown above would have to
be paid.
I want a refund and would tell anyone not to get involved with this
company and their shady way of doing business.

unauthorized signup and withdrawl
I went to a payday loan site and somehow I got signed up for liberty discount club. I called and filled out their refund form and I was denied. They said all the info matches and there is nothing I can do about getting my money back. Of course the info matches because they took it from the payday site!!!

Took $29.31 unauthorized
I have no idea who this is but they took $29.31 out of my account and risking overdratf charges. Call your bank and report Fraud so they can get to the bottom og this--I will call my Lawyer also and report them to the Attorney General to shut them down. These people will go to Jail for all this.

taking money out of checkin account with out my knowledge
this company works with some payday loan sites and takes money out of your checking with out u knowin it then refused to refund your money.. please if this has happened to u please file a complaint with your better business of yor state and the state od arizonia and file a complait with the atorney general of your state and the state of arizioan maybe we can get our money back and put them out of business or stop them from being able to do this here is some info u need to file and u can do it on line very easy

SCAM
AS OF 2-11 I AM STILL ATTEMPTING TO GET MY $29.91 FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 1/13/10. TOLD I HAD TO COMPLETE WEBSITE FOR REFUND; DID SO; THEN WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED ADDITIONAL INFO WHICH I PROVIDED AND ON 1/21 I WAS TO HAVE REFUND WITHIN 7 TO 10 DAYS. TODAY, I CALLED .. ARE YOU READY -- I WAS TOLD THAEY DIDN'T HAVE DOCUMENTATION THAT $29.91 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I CALLED THEM A DAMN LIAR. I FAXED (BLACK-OUT) MY JANUARY CHECKING STATEMENT WHEREBY PROVING THE $29.91 WAS DEDUCTED.
I WAS TOLD TO FAX TO: 1-888-385-2668 -- AND I WAS TO CALL THEM BACK. I FAXED TWICE -- AND CALLED THEM BACK. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I ADVISED THEM I WANTED CHECK SENT TO MY HOME -- AS I DIDN'T TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFO.
WITH THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS I AM SEEING, I BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE WHO WAS RIPPED OFF WE SHOULD START A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THESE THIEVES.
