this morning i checked my checking account and to my dismay realized that there are two charges from a company named " liberty discount club " they some how have signed me up and removed 120.00 from my account also i was charged a 49.99 overdraft fee due to this...i have never had my account overdrawn and am anxious to have this reported and resolved...johnny taylor

Had money with drawn from checking with out permission try to get refund and just give me the run around tryed to get prodects and I supposeubly got and theres none

IWAS TRYING TOO PURCHASE A PAYDAY LOAN LAST NIGHT ON THE INTERNET AND PUSH THE WRONG KEY . AND I CHECK THE BANK WEB SITE AND UNAOURTRIZE WITH DRALER WAS POSTED ON MY ACCOUNT

my checking account was debited for $49.98 without my authorization. I want it refuned ASAP.

On 11/09/2010, Liberty Discount Club issued a fraudulent electronic check against my bank accout for 49.98. They fabricated a check number and used my checking account number illegally. On 11/15/10, I called a representative of Liberty who issued me a cancellation confirmation number of 5838472. If this money (49.98) is not IMMEDIATELY refunded to my account, I and my bank will speak to the Mesa County Colorado District Attorney about Fraud Charges. The representative guaranteed my refund within 72 hours; I will make a call to the DA and will expect this refund IMMEDIATELY.
