these people took monet out of my account without asking the they have been giving me the run around i dont know what to do they took that money made me overdrawed and then i have the 35 dollar fee whoever these people are need to be stopped

Never filled out an application for this company. they received my information from some where and without me signinganyting they withdrew funds from my account which made it go in overdraft status. And on a regular bank statement there phone number and information doesnt show. Had to go to my bank and they researched the transaction and gave me the information I needed on the company. I called and argued and the rep i spoke to gave me a ref number for my refund. I am here now trying to get that money back. this is fraud especially when I did not consent to this transaction or there service which I haven't received any information on. Its been over 3 weeks. If I was to receive anything it never came I don't think it will

Well I signed for a payday loan and then decieded not to take it. Then we got paid and I find charges taken out of our account for 34.19. When I called the number that was on the check I got a cancellation number and the asked me to go to another website www. libertyclubrefund.com I went there and jumped through that hoop. Heard nothing called back they said they needed more info and sent me to another web site. I filled that out and then heard nothing. Finally I called back and they told me that my refund was denied and that was that. I got aggressive (after all I had been so nice when someone had stole my money) I promptly asked for a supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same thing because that is their policy. I told them I wanted their supervisor anyways they told me they were busy on another call. I told them that I will wait. She then tells me that she is not sure how long it will take. I said I WILL wait. I was put on hold and then in 5 min. someone was on the phone where I nicely retold my story saying that money was taken from my account and I recieved no services for that money. I would like a refund. She said she would process my refund and that it should be in my account in 5 to 10 bus. days and it was. I had to deal with one other company that was like this and did the same thing and I received my refund the exact same way. Hope this helps .

This company Liberty discount took $34.19 out of my account on August 10th of 2010 with out my authorization. I do not belong to any discount clubs and never have given anyone permission to take money from me. The check number is #68837 and I called customer service and got a cancellation number of 5261566. I explained to the lady Tracy that my refund better be put in my account asap. This is not right you are taking money from hard working people who barely can pay the bills. I also live in Arizona and will do my best to let everyone know what kind of company you are if my money is not refunded.

was charge for something i did not need or want so they saided that i should tex you all and get my monry put back in my account in about 72 hours
