this company withdraw money from my checking account using check #2196 in the amount of 34.19 with out my approveal,

i found a unauthorized charge of $34.19 from liberty discount club thats what it says on the check and also when i called the 18663022828. i dont know how they got my information or what this charge is for. please let me know how to get this money back.thanks wesley reedy

I am with the rest of you. This company should be put out of business. On August 9th, 2010, this company called Liberty Discount Club,
went into my checking account and withdrew $34.19. I immediately called the number on the check that they processed through my
bank, and upon getting ahold of them, and telling them that i had not signed up for any sort of membership, they asked for my name,
phone number and email address to verify that i signed up with them. After giving them said information, they told me there was
nothing they could do, because their system was down, and could not pull up my records. They told me to call back in a couple of hours.
I then went online, and clicked on their customer service site, and there was no email address to contact them with, but they did have
a live chat function which i used, and after giving my information, i was told the same thing: our system is currently down, please
check back in a couple of hours. I then waited the two hours, and by this time, it was 6:30pm my time here in minnesota. I used the
live chat function again, and again the same response: our system is down, and to try back later. By this time i was steaming. The gentleman
i talked to last, whose name was Apollo, said once the system was back up, i would get an email from them stating my subscription had
been cancelled, and that i would receive a cancellation confirmation number that i could use, to fill out a refund form. This guy at least
gave me the web site for the refund form, that acutally works. I saved the form to my favorites. I was so mad at this point, i waited until
the next morning to try again. I logged onto the chat, at 5:00am my time, only to find out, that their office didn't open until 9:00am(est).
I called them back when their office was open while i was on my break at work, only to be told that our system is down and to try back
later. In the meantime, i called my bank, and they told me there was really nothing they could do to help me, because it was a legitimate
request to withdraw the money. Even though i told them they did not have my permission to do this, nor my knowledge, there was
nothing they could do. I could do a fraud on my checking account, they told me, but i would have to close my account, and open a new
one, if i so choose. So, i waited until i got home from work at 4:30pm my time and contacted them again, via their chat site, and talked
to a person named Mich. Finally the system must have been back up, because he cancelled my subscription, and gave me the
cancellation confirmation number, which i immediately used on the refund form and submitted that. The problem i have now,
is that i received no email from Liberty Discount Club, that stated my subscription had been cancelled like they said would happen,
and i did not receive an email, from the refund form site, that was to confirm that i had submitted the form for my refund.
Will i actually get the refund? It says to waite at least 72 hours before hearing anything on the status of my refund.
I think it really is unfair, of companies like this one, to take advantage of unsuspecting citizens. I know how they got me, it was
through a payday loan that i had inquired on . When you got to the bottom of the form, before submitting, there is an offer that
they would like you to take advantage of. You can click on either the no box or the yes box. I know for a fact, that i checked the
no box, every time i did a payday loan application. So, they had no right to even use my information to get my money. This is
definately a case of fraud/theft. This company also has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau. So why is this company still
in business? All i want is my money back, and for this not to happen again. Has any one else who's had this same problem,
received their refund and if not, what have you done to get your refund? Please let me know. Thanks.

I wrote to you last week in regards to a transaction. You withdrew money from my accopunt without my permission. I have not seen or heard anythiung about my refund. If you do not refund my 34.19 immediatly I will be contacting my attorney. I am on a fixed income and due to your ignorance I am now overdrawn and will not be able to pay my bills. I need that money now.

Liberty Discount Club -- Took Money Out Of My Account, without my permisson...they claim they send emails to me...I never received any emails from this company...they gave me a cancellation# 517143...then had go to another site www.lebertydispute.com this was the run around and then when I finally talk to a rep(Apollo) he stated my informatiom matched so there fruad and they were not going tp giving me back my $34.19...but my account will no longer be debited...I never sign up for their 'so called discount club' there must be something I and other can do...is it possible to file a class action lawsuit against this company...please advise
