this company takes advantage of people who are attempting to apply for loans. I was applying for a loan and then changed my mind and cancled out of the applicaion. then today i checked my account and found a charge for 34.19 from a company named liberty discount club. needless to say i have no idea who they are, and how they are able to do this. i contacted the number on the check and while they say they are open 7 days a week, i got a recording. i then attempted to contact someone by chat and they talked to me for 5 minutes, never answered any of my questions and then told me they were closed. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and plan on doing one with the BBB. I found the website www.libertyclubrefund.com where you can submit a form for a refund, however i need to speak to customer service for a cancellation confirmation number. i will contact this company every day, and submit that form everyday until i get someone to give me a refund or answer my questions. i cant believe companies are able to do this to people who are doing what they can to make it today. this company is a fraud and needs to be stopped.

I did not authorize you people to take money out of my account. I was given a cancellation#4849965. The check number that was used is 10203 it doesnt even exist to me. Why do you take from people and not get confirmation on their behalf, you poeple are cricket and a scam why pay money to get a discount is stupid.
