I have written two books and in August, 2009, I was searching for a teacher on the internet. On Aug 10, I received a telephone call from above company (ICI) offering 6 months of coaching on the telephone, and outlined a series of activities that were available. They promised to help me sell my books on EBAy. It sounded like what I needed. After a couple of days of talking with a mentor and several consultants, I started feeling overwhelmed . On Aug. 12, I had a class at the Hart Senior Center, here in Sacramento for $15.00 an hour with a young man who demonstrated how to get on the Ebay. He was knowledgeable and I learned quickly. I had another class the following week, and he showed me how to get registered on EBay.
On Aug. 13, I called1-888-514-6020, extensions 537 (Jack Wellington), Rufus at EXt.582; Tom, at 520 and left messages that I changed my mind and wanted to cancel my contract for $3390.00. I asked them to return the money from my Target Credit Card. I also wrote an email and asked for a refund. On Aug. 18, I called a direct line, 1866 952-9481, and again asked for a refund and I was told that 15% would be deducted. I said "fine and send the money to Target. I Also called Target's Dispute Office and filed a complaint. On August 28, I received a letter from Target indicating that I would receive Credit for 85% of the amount. As of today, I have not received a statement.
