I purchased a 1997 Saturn SL2 from Liberty Motors, Ray Timmerman (Owner) on 5/5/2010. I had called Mr. Timerman on 5/6/2010 and stated that I had changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle. He immediately got an attitude with me and said, "My bookkeeper is not in the office yer, call back" and he immediately slammed the phone down. After about 2 hours, I called back, and he stated that he is not going to back out of the deal. I asked him why, and it was because he had the A/C repaired, which should have been repaired anyway prior to selling. He said, "You signed the paperwork, and that's it!" I said to him that I would have to bring law-enforcement if he didn't wanna back out of the deal, and he proceeded to say, "I don't care who you bring, I ain't scared of them" and he slammed the phone again.

This man is the most RUDEST, MEANEST, HATEFUL person I have ever dealt with. He has no phone manners, and apparently doesn't care about his customers, who keeps his business running.
