took money out of my account with out permission.
11/9/10 49.98 was taken out of my checking without my permission . I was told my cancel number was 5826415. They use a check 2375 and were they got that check number i do not know. That number is not even in my checkbook. I was told that it would be credit to my account a.s.a.p.. My bank acccount was overdrawn because of this amount that was taken out without my permission. If it not put back into my account the lawyer will be contacting Liberty. And i am not the only one you guys have done this to. I want this into my account right away like a.s.a.p. Renee Hoffstetter

withdrawel from my bank account
looked over loan and did not get a loan or authorise aany funds to join a club.$34.19 was taken from my checking account .this is a fradulant act unbeknowing to people really in need of assistance .therefore you need to refund my money as soon as possible.

TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE
MY BANK STATEMENT CAME AND I WENT OVER IT AND DISCOVERED A $ 29.91 CHARGE ON IT THAT I DID'T NO ANYTHING ABOUT. SO I DUG DEEPER AND FOUND OUT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JANUARY OF 2010. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF ALL MY MONIES A S A P!!!. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS ? THIS IS ILLEGAL AND WRONG. I HAVE READ OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINTS AS WELL AND YET YOU PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS ?

I WILL NEVER FILE MY TAXES WITH LIBERTY AGAIN
I went to liberty to file my taxes on Feb. 26, 2010 in they told me that I was only getting 2, 777 back from federal in 210.00 back from state but I went in pick up my check yesterday on Mar. 11, 2010 in I only got back 2, 549 back in they told me that both of the checks were put together in I really think that that is some bullshit this my first in last time ever filing with libertytax again in I just don't understand why am I only getting so little back in I filed with two other dependents plus my self as HOH in I would really like to know how could somebody tell me what the problem is so that I could better understand because I don't think that the price that they is trying to give me is right. I am looking into getting the Better Business Bureau involved because I am so far not satisfied with how I am being handled. I wish that I would have filed with H&H.
