I'm going to put this out in detail and if I don't receive my money back into my checking account by June 21, 2010, I'm going to start a Class Action Law Suit and that's why I placed my phone number in this "refund request." I can guarentee you that if enough people respond to this refund request I am now writing that we can either get refunds for everyone that's deserving, or, we can bring a class action lawsuit against this company that will cost them alot of money in the long run!

As told to do via our phone conversation on 6/11/2010 @ 10:00AM, I am requesting that you continue to cancell my account; re: cancellation confirmation number 5081255, and that after receiving this written notice that you refund $34.19 back to me due to I did not in any way sign a document stating that I wished to join your club. NOW EVERYBODY THAT BELIEVES THAT THIS COMPANY OWES YOU MONEY- Wait until the 25th of June and contact me via email. Make sure you leave me someway to contact you because I will get back to you and let you know if the refund was made good or not. If the refund wasn't made good, or if I wasn't contacted by them at all we need to group everyone together that the Liberty Club owes money too because I believe that a class action attorney would be happy to get ahold of this one. Please drop me an email so we can get organized, but not before the 25th of June. We have to give them a chance to make things right before we go head hunting. I was a copier tech. for many attorneys so I believe that we have the numbers which gives us the power!! I pray that everything works out for everyone so the clock starts ticking now...
