Watch your wallet with these guys. I have never used their services before, and was hit with a whopping $362.00 bill simply for doing my State and Federal Taxes, with an additional form needed for itemizing. I had my mother's done at the same time, and they charged her $289.00. This is an 87 senior who could have had her taxes done for free at a Senior Center, though not doing well lately, I had them done for her. Without any warning whatsoever of these ridiculous fees, needless to say, I did not pay their asking price. And, though I called ahead of time to try to get some kind of an idea what they charged, they said they were not allowed to give that information out. I really don't know how they have lasted this long, but you can best believe it will be my last time at this place.

I FILED MY TAXES WITH LIBERTY TAXES IN 2005 . AT THAT TIME I HAD MY OWN BUSINESS AND I ALSO WORKED FOR ANOTHER COMPANY THAT GAVE 1099 MISC FORMS INSTEAD OF LIBERTY TAXCOMBINING BOTH INCOMES AS ONE THEY FILED THEM SEPARATELY IN THE WRONG AMOUNT I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE IRS STATING THAT I OWED .WHEN THE LIBERTY TAX REPRESENTATIVE FILED THE TAXES THEY CLAIM I DIDN"T OWE ANYTHING AND THAT WASN'T TRUE .SO WHEN I FILED MY TAXES IN 2008 FOR 2007 THE IRS SNATCHED MY REFUND ICONFRONTED LIBERTY TAX ABOUT THERE ERROR AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD CORRECT IT AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY COULD BE IT WOULD COST ME 400.00 SHE CLAIMED SHE SAW WHAT THEY DID WRONG AND WOULD BE ABLE TO AMEND IT FOR A FEE. I FEEL I PAID YOU GUYS TO DO IT PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME .AND I FELT THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD;VE BEEN RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
