libertydiscountclub with drew 34.14 from my account without my permission. i was doing a payday loan on line. they say they have avoice activation from me. the only call they got from me was to find out who they were and who gave them permission to that money from my account. where is the product if i did so. my bank is investorgating this matter because this the second time this have happen. we changed my account number and my atm card number so they could not do this again. but here we go again money taken out and leaving my account over drawing. i was applying for a payloan on line not shopping for discount with no money in the bank. do that make sense. something should be done leagaly to stop this kind of fraud. when we go line for one thing they get all your information. i don't need discounts i need money and that is why i was on line filling out payday loan. now its in the hand of my bank because i'm still getting calls welcomeing me to liberty discount club. the last call was made on 7-15-2010 at 11.32pm. this after i've told them i did not order their service. the call eas made by a lady called mary. i kept the recording and called them back and asked why was still getting those recording and a guy said they should not have called me. they promise me my money would be back in my account in 72 hours and its already been 5 days. where is my money.

This compnay obtained my bank account info as well as another compnay who both generated paper checks without my signature when I applied for a loan with last chance cash advance that I did not even get.They debited my account with no notice and caused me to be overdrawn and after over a week of attemps to get my refund after I cancelled my subscription (a subscriptiont I was unaware of) to both libertydiscount club abd some coupcpn.net the refund of over 30.00 never arrived and the coupnet company refuses to refund my 19.05 which is seperate from the 30.00 and more the liberty discount club debited. They ignore me and terminate chat sessions and refuse to give me the alleged e-mail address they tell me to contact that is not listed on the site.I call the 877 number and the give me a run around refer me to an other site that asks for my banking info yet even after the 72 hours they claim they would issue my refund they still have not after over a week.And I cannot speak directly to last chance cash advance who gave my personal bank info to.Please help with the legal end of this matter thank you.I want to avoid this injustice from happening in the future and will be happy to talk about it and join a class action suit.contact me at [email protected]
