**PLEASE FILE COMPLAINT AT WWW.FTC.GOV IF YOU HAVE DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!** I did NOT go to this website and I was NOT aware that I was supposedly signing up for this. I believe they were phishing from another site. They took $34.19 from my checking account causing me to have NSF fees and bounced checks. I called them to find out more. They told me to go to www.libertyclubrefund.com and complete the form and I would be refunded in 72 hours. I did this and one week later, I still have not received my refund. I called them today and they said to go to another website, www.libertyclubdispute.com and complete yet another form after which I will receive a refund in 24 hours. So I did this and called back to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with one Anne Wright. She says she is as high up as it goes. She said at the start of our conversation that it would be 3 to 5 business days for me to look for my refund by July 19? Um, no I said. I want this immediately. She then changed it to 5 to 7 business days. I said I will be calling the Federal Trade Commission and she changed it to 7 to 10 business days. If you have been duped by these people, PLEASE go to www.ftc.gov and file a complaint. They regulate these people and can do something. Especially if enough people complain.
