Dr Alberto M Cabias, formerly the principal of Liceo de Beunavista High School, San Ildefonso, Bulacan Philippines fraudulently took money from me for the education of a filipina. Alberto Cabias claimed that he had paid the money to the school for fees and for additional tuition. He left the school suddenly and we discovered that although he had issued a school letter with receipt details, the letter was fraudulent.

He subsequently defrauded us of more money. If you know the whereabouts of this person, please contact the police in San Ildefonso. This man is a very convincing liar.
