I bought this Lids Off automatic jar opener for my mother who is 81 years old she really liked it the 5 times she used it but it broke on her I see the bottom spins. I see the bottom lifts up and down. I heard that theres a plastic part that brakes on them . I would like to know if I can get the replacement parts so I can get this fixed and get it back to her.
