charged for product not used, unable to cancel
I bought a so called free trial. Then after the 15 days 9in very, very small print), I was charged for all the pills. Then I tried to cancel the product and could not get through to their call center. It took hours. They are scammers. Do not order from Internet. Read all the fine print. Product does not work either. They put 2 numbers on their invoice. one is long distance to UK and you pay alot becuase of the wait times.The other is so called toll free - but only if you are in the UK. Use this number for toll free in Canada (and probably the US). 1-888-325-8623.
This company stinks!!!

Please people be aware of the terrible internet scam which is going on!!! All these websites offer you a free trial of Colon cleansing and detoxification. You get the product free and only pay the £3.95 postage and packaging. That`s what they tell you anyway!!!
I have just checked my bank statement and the company have debited £76.00 from my card! $109 usd for what they say is my 2nd shipment. I have just spoken to Barclay Card who advised there is nothing really they can do but cancel my card. Having found this website I too have telephoned the 08082389891 number which was abroad somewhere. I spoke to a lady called Alma who advised my shipment was sent on Sept 26th and this is why I have been billed!!!
I never received the shipment and I certainly wouldnt pay £76 for them because they are crap!!
If you google LB LFP internet Ltd...there is no telephone number for this company...surprise...surprise!
Alma advised me my complaint would be escalated...to which I terminated the call! Cant see me ever seeing my money again.
Please be warned!!!

Unable to obtain a refund for unwanted goods
On 17th August 2009 an invitation from VIV 3 offered a trial period to try their product for which there would be no charge. Since then they have taken in total £160.00 from my husbands credit card account with out his permission and an e-mail from them received to day indicates that they will not refund him even if he returns the goods.
This is particularly upsetting as he has trying to recover from bowel cancer and was hoping to find a product which would help him in his recovery instead of which he has been completely ripped off.
As a result of my husband's ill health he is now unable to work and is not in a financial position to be robbed in this way apart from the fact that he does not need this kind of anxiety in his life.

hi yes ive been scammed as well, what a fool i feel, anyway got through to them on the phone said they have cancelled my order!!! gave me oder codes, dont trust them so will be cancelling my card as well!!! like they say, if it looks to good to be true, thats because it is, they must be millionaires by now the amount of money they have scammed off us all!!!

I just tried another phone number to cancel Trading Planet orders, which seems to have worked!

I spoke to a very polite girl - Sandra - who asked for my order no. (I never received one) so then took my name, found the order and confirmed it had ALREADY been cancelled and gave me confirmation numbers.
However - when I had used the other phone no (+44 203 139 9027) to try to cancel 2 days ago, I got someone with very poor English who hung up before I could identify myself. So that is NOT how it got cancelled.
Yesterday I wrote an email to all the contacts people on this board have referred to outling the situation and noting that I had contacted my Bank and the authorities in case of a dispute at a later date. Some bounced back, but someone must have actioned the cancellation. (I have cancelled my card just in case).
I hope this helps someone else, I was worried sick!

How do I contact these people to stop them sending me these products? Its seems to be alot cheraper for me to get these products here at a health store. I have tried and tried to contact these people but there seems to be no one answering the phones. Does anyone have an email for them.

TODAY I GET MY C/C STATEMENT WITH ANOTHER CHARGE BUT NOW I CAN'T GFET THEM ON THE PHONE, SO ALL THE CALLS I MADE INITIALLY DIDN'T SEEM TO DO ANY GOOD AT ALL.<br /><br />
I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO EXEPT WAIT FOR THE FORM AND GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD.<br /><br />

Scammers!
I 100% agree that these companies are cheats and scams...the product doesn't work and they rip you off and continue to string you along when it comes time for them to refund your money once you return the product. I am now " supposed" to see a refund by this Thursday (9/17/2009) I will let you know what excuse they give me this time. I am sure Thursday will come and go and there will be no refund in my account. I told them straight up this time either they refund my money or they will be hearing from my lawyer and I will file a complaint with the BBB, instantly they put me through to the supervisor who assured me the money will be sent back to my account by Thursday. MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BACK BY UPS OR FED EX WITH THE "RMA" NUMBER ON IT AND KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO UPS AS SAFE AS YOU KEEP YOUR CHILDREN. You MUST have the RMA number on it! If I had not had my tracking number they would have said they did not receive it back...They tried to tell me that my package never was received until I said "well the tracking number that I followed up on says otherwise." Then suddenly "Oh, there it is" was uttered by good ole Nathan Steed ID # S-06. What a bunch of idots
