Have not received my order and I received a charge on my Credit Card of $87.13!

Bad phone number can't cancel order!

Charges of 87.13 for Acai Berry Detox Dietary Supplement distributed by FWM Laboratories Hollywood, Fl. 33020 number 1-866-949-0138 -- gave notice in writing to cx. all orders and charges to my account . 'NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO CANCEL WITHIN TIME ALLOTED.'

I have ths same exact complaint as the last person . I ordered a trial size of Life Cleanse for $3.95 to try for 7 days. I placed the order on December 26, 2008 and recieved it on January 6, 2009. I was told I had 7 days to try the product before I was chrged for any further shipments. Before I even recieved my trial product, they had already charged my credit card $87.13 for something I never even recieved. This is a horrible company. I called them 5 times within 15 minutes and got a different person each time and all of them told me that there was no manager that I could speak with and that the Supervisor was out of town.They gave me a pjoney email address for the cancelation dept.The address they gave me was, [email protected]. My mail kept coming back. All they kept telling me is that I would recieve a refund within 7 to 10 days. I will let you know if I get my full refund.

I SAW THE AD THAT SAID THE LIFE CLEANSE WAS FEATURED ON OPRAH, THE TODAY SHOW AND READ HOW THIS LADY HAD USED THIS PRODUCT I FELL FOR IT HOOK LINE AND SINKER... I WAS ONE OF THEM THAT ASSUMED THAT IT WAS A ONE TIME DEAL TO FIND OUT I WAS GOING TO BE BILLED EVERY MONTH... WHEN I CALLED AND CANCELLED IT WAS IN THE 14 DAY PERIOD AND THEY STILL BILLED ME TWO DAYS LATER...NOW THEY SAID THEY SEE ABOUT REFUNDING ME...I CANCELLED MY CARD TO MAKE SURE THEY NEVER BILL ME AGAIN AS FAR AS THE TERMS AND CONDITON ITS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ORDER PAGE NOT WERE YOU ORDER AND NO WHERE IN THE AD THATS HOW I LEARNED MY LESSON...NEVER AGAIN TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IS CORRECT...
